Valkor had 2 returned unapproved last week that were submitted in 2022. I'm not sure on the process but I don't think based on that, that there's any sort of timeline that DOGM are bound by

As I stated earlier this week, 2 Valkor permits were sent back unapproved and they've made no progress on any drills in the last 14+ months now, they've previously deferred any payment to the end of this year in an earlier RNS (which should have been received). Now also stating that the quarterly fees won't be paid.

IMO Utah is likely bottom of the immediate priority list for QED

I saw recently that Utah DOGM returned 2nr permits to Valkor unapproved for proposed wells.

I would like to think that prior to stating the anticipated dates within the investor presentation, QED (JM) would have been extremely confident in the progress to date to ensure these trials/agreements were at a point that they couldn't possibly fail to get over the line in this quarter (after many failed timelines previously given).

There's still 3.5 weeks left of the quarter so patience is required but purely from a manpower perspective, I cannot see how all of the stated projects get across the line from where we sit currently. 1 would be nice

Wouldn't say it's safe to assume things are happening - QED track record for reaching milestones isn't exactly covered in glory.

What we do know is there's 23 business days left in the Quarter and the company told us the following would commence or complete within Q2:

- Utah Testing

- Morocco

- Panana

- MSC

The interim handover to Andy with Jason moving to CTO is effective from 1 June 2025.

My point regarding the CEO role now being advertised via LinkedIn suggests to me that within the last month, QEDs targets for the position on their shortlist have failed to materialise. All IMO
