Hold on Torreagus, I didn't say that, did I? I asked how Stock was so sure that Valkor would be directly releasing test results to the public when we all know they won't be. I'm well aware of Cavitas Linkedin celebrating their success in Utah (not directly naming Valkor).

Quadrise will release news relating to Valkor that's only pertinent to their business, they won't be releasing Valkors business plan, just as TOM will.

I'd be interested to know what social media accounts you follow for Valkor as I can't see any..? LinkedIn is also dormant

I don't agree that his appointment means we're close to something substantial but the need for a CEO appointment was identified by the company 5 months ago within the Management Update with the view of:

'the Board believes that leadership and execution capacity will be enhanced across the Company's major projects, enabling Quadrise to capture upcoming opportunities.'

I read this in hindsight that Jason (& in the interim Andy) are/were not able to capture the upcoming opportunities so we're getting Peter who will.

You've not considered (or simply choosing to ignore) the factor of having a highly qualified and connected CEO has to the company, simply another staff member on the payroll. He's also not even started yet!

Aussie, I can ask you the same question, what proof do you have that they won't receive the money? What's the point in being invested in the company if you have no faith that they'll deliver any revenue in the next year?

I don't see that there would be a need for additional funding. We had cash through to Q2 '26 (granted before employing a new CEO - we're not aware of the compensation) however the RNS today states we'll be in receipt of $1m by June '26 (at the latest), it could be sooner with a further $500k by this time next year pending MMu delivery.

We're also in commercial discussions with Sparkle following the successful trial before we even get onto MSC.

I assume this has been restructured following the trials with the Cavitas THOR technology which (based on speculation via Cavitas / Valkor linkedin pages) has unlocked the troublesome Valkor wells. It sounds like they've got the answer they needed, now it's a matter of commencing a drill programme.

Not to cross contaminate the board but TOMCO stated in their results that they would (subject to funding) be drilling a further 4 wells with Valkor commencing in the Autumn (jun-25 RNS).

Once our MMUs hit site, there could be ~6 wells producing? Enough to feed our units for a fair old while

Peter starts this time next week. I believe he is the man to get this and other long outstanding trials / agreements over the line. I have no doubt that they will all get across the finish line
