We have our own company problems but UK stocks generally are in a death spiral. A good read if you have a few spare minutes. Reckon if we're on the NYSE we would valued 30-40% higher than current levels, but it is what it is.

Market works on company performance, speculation and outlook and currently we have none. Once it turns will rally fast. I rather have a rally than a takeover as know we can get easily over £2 plus once debt is under control.

Yes latest update on the NA sale please and keep interrogating until give an inclin.

Most of us have an average over a pound the way its going we won't even achieve that with a bid from Cosmens. Only major catalyst we need is these clowns gone but that will not happen will it?

A let down again although they did state the EBIT figure will be in the upper end but I doubt the market believes them. Seems they deliberately delay and get some fun doing it.

Market will be so disappointed if they do not disclose next week. Could easy be back below 60p which will be frustrating. Hope they get their act together.

Agree with Pokerchips, no point stressing it is what it is and out of our control. I think the board know this is their last chance to perform as they have had enough time to perform now so we will see. Just need to think positive and hopefully get a few more pence rise on the lead up to results.

I said this board is incompetent many times many months ago. Looks like your all finally realising. No surprise to me that they are not disclosing this month. If they do will be out of the blue when they feel like it. We investors are non existent in their eyes it seems

I still stand by what I said especially if it is bad news but hopefully the board prove me wrong and we get to 90s before easter!

Pretty clear a rights issue is on the cards here. Results date is secretly disclosed which is not right and seems to be more bad news on the way as otherwise they would want us and the market to know. Cosmens have been loading up as a few have pointed out to block a low ball offer from some foreign company for the US business as it is becoming clear that they are not going to achieve the price that they were after and that only means one thing.....rights issue as the profits generated currently will take too long to wipe the debt out.

I hope I'm wrong but the way the board are behaving the signs are all started to appear

Everyone keeps commenting how undervalued this share is but there's a possibility this company can get the recievers in and start selling parts of the company they need to wipe the debt and the rest will be handed to authorities owned by the government like the buses etc. The board are incompetent and I can't believe people are topping up with this downward trend. Insane!

You got more chance of making money down Cheltenham than this garbage unless your willing to hold for 10+ years.

Trying to make sense of the downward spirall, there has been no increase in shorts as we would know but yet we have dropped over 16% in the space of a month. Market has been generally stable so makes you think are investors bailing out as they smell more bad news on the way or is the market marking these shares down to put pressure on the board to perform. I hope the latter but I guess it may be a combination. Any thoughts ?

First group is putting these numpties to shame. They've lost the ability to communicate and sp keeps dropping as always we will be the last ones to find out the bad news again. Either a delay or a disclosure out the blue one morning and that only usually means one thing....a sp drop. Only reason I have not sold is because we're down to a ridiculously low price and it's either bought out or hang around these prices for a few years unless there is a change at the top because whilst it is the same we won't get anywhere. There's plenty on here that seem to defend the b.o.d which in plain Einstein with some logical reasons that have been out-of their control but if fgp are now treble the price of mobico it does.make you think that the company is being badly run.

Becoming pretty clear that they are either going to spring the results on us at 7am out the blue again or there is another delay once again. Should have announced a date by now so not a good sign.

JG I think we're used to disappointment with this stock by now. I think best case scenario we can hope is that this does not drop on results day. I'd take a 1 or 2 pence gain and start a bull run

Foreign companies are trying their luck to grab UK companies on the cheap. Realistically if we get an offer will be around £1 - £1.20 due to the mountain of debt and they will disregard the NA sale. We're better off having a RR reversal towards £2 plus if the management can get their act together but I have lost all faith in them as many of us have and am expecting another disappointment.

The only decent part of Mobico as we know is Alsa and the American part which they are disposing of potentially. Agree that the board will disappoint as they have a proven track record as we all know and are leaving it very last minute which is not a good sign, as there may be another delay which the market will dislike.

This says it all using the DCF model. It's about time they got their act together and start thinking of the share price and us investors

If this is hitting the 60s before results, dread to think what it will hit when they are revealed. We usually drop 20-25p on a bad update. Will probablt get a silly offer of 80p from a foreign company for the whole lot and the clowns will probably accept.
