It's bad news after bad news with this company. They're a laughing stock on the ftse especially compared with their competitors!

I know this share should not be moving in line with the market as it is ridiculously low but when the market is up it should be up a few pence so looks like it is being shorted which is alarming.

Hopefully this month we finally see a positive updatw because it has been really poor management. CEO has been in post since 2020 and the CFO since Oct 22 and has all been downhill. We have had no update since their abysmal profit Warning update and instead a delay. I'm surprised the major investors have not turned on these clowns and had them out. Management clearly are not bothered about us investors as if they were they would give regular updates to restore some confidence. If the next one is bad imo that is their last chance.

I think we all need to remain patient here. Cosmens will start buying again and we should get back above 85p before results unless there is some terrible macro news. Surprised the gains did not hold guess it might just be shorts playing games.

Firstly I wish I chose fgp over national express. All the points you mentioned based on the fundaments in hindsight should occur but with bad management at the helm it's difficult to say if any one of those will occur to lift this share price as the market will keep these marked low if they have no faith in how the company is being run. All I can suggest is trust and go by your own instincts and opinions and don't be swayed by individuals on here as most will continue to say what a bargain this share is but that means nout if the management cannot perform basics.

The market wouldn't drop a share 15% if it did not suspect more bad news on the way. Its pretty clear yesterday was a dead cat bounce like they call it from 65 to whatever it tried to go up to. If we don't get a low ball bid now I think we're all buggered. Will be stuck around these prices for years. Talk about all the figures and provisions you want, there's disappointment after disappointment with something one thing after another. They should not have announced thr 29th Feb if they was not 100% confident they would meet that disclosure date. Just excuse after excuse and there's individuals on here that do not see the realistic picture unfortunately.

It's quite worrying that the company stated it is on track to meet the EBIAT they stated yet the share dropped to 65p. Either the market has no confidence in management or it is simply an overreaction on delaying results......

How many times have I said this management is incompetent. They do not have a clue how to run a company. We will not get anywhere with these clowns at the helm. Get them out and we may get a bid ! I don't know what's so special about Mr Garat. There's plenty of better talent and expertise out there and a company of Mobico's size should be changing management quick if things do not improve which they're not. At this rate these clowns will run the company into the ground.

If this share drops to 50s next week I reckon we will get a bought out like currys probably around 1.30plus but otherwise positive news and we should start a rally to 1.50plus.

What's everyone's take on this in terms of holding or selling if results are disappointing on the 29th ? I think the main thing I'm looking for is that they meet the profitability figures they said they will aim to meet. Plus any reinstating of dividends will be a bad call as they got it wrong last time round but doubt that will occur. In terms of NA disposal I dont think much will be reflected in these results as process only apparently started last month.

They reduced on a day we lost over 4%. Cannot make sense of that as surely we would not have dropped that much....

If it stays in 80s come pre results day then that can only be positive .....

Fair play you seem to judge it right. Agree JG very difficult to say what is going to happen with this share especially near term

They gave in far too easily giving a 16% hike and nothing stopping further strikes. If they're making redundancies they should make it public and let us know but they seem to very bad at communicating until the last minute which is often bad news.

Bad US Cpi data into the 70s we go. Typical is it not that we get a load of bad macro news before our results.

A new listing onto the American market would be beneficial especially when our US revenue is double UK intake. Would improve liquidity in my opinion and be valued twice what it is currently without any earning beats required on 29th. But one can wishful think.

We've lost 8% in 5 days compared to the ftse 250 losing half a percent so seems like another profit Warning is on the way but I really hope I'm wrong. Do those redundancies include the ceo ?

They went about it the wrong way paying a dividend and then cancelling it is just pure incompetence. Bt are still paying some sort of a dividend and they have a debt of £24bn but they've worked out their sums and can afford one. We're disposing of the NA business, we could have still maintained some sort of dividend if that's the case to keep some long term investors but that has not been the case. Just seems to me like their is no logical thinking and we really need someone with more experience in that boardroom with some innovative ideas that will get this sp back up and running.

Look guys they've got one last chance come the 29th and I'm sure they are fully aware of that themselves. Cosmens and us investors are not going to keep putting up with their constant disappointments. Only so much nonsense we're going to take. Plenty of investment opportunities elsewhere so if they want us in they need to start performing.

Well so much for the 85p support. That board better deliver on the 29th or we will be below 50p and hit another all time low. But as long as they get paid their salaries that's all that matters, we investors don't mean anything. Shambles !
