Agree and might explain why CEO is still here. If he has any decency he would resign today. They've put no pressure on him, no reason to on their behalf and they're happy to steal at a low price. We retail investors will lose out.

If Cosmens make a low ball bid of £1 will be good short term but long term we will lose out as this can easy be back to £2+ once the new CFO gets her hand on the finances

If I'm reading this right will they have made a pre tax profit if it wasn't for the German provision? I'm sure I read somewhere that they were going to spread the German provision cost of 99m over a few years?

US sale won't happen till end of year or early next year. They've hinted that in the results. A bid will come soon. All the info is out now.

Topped up bought another 80000, must have one of the highest holdings here now at 150k. No brainer that this will get bid in next few weeks. A sitting duck, if the Cosmens want the business there is no better chance than now. They should start to buy this afternoon or in next couple of days once s.p settled.
