It would not be bad to extract 90-95% of REE at the first stage, as is done from ore. Laboratory studies of RBW show a result of only 65-70%. There is something to strive for.

"Although the REE content of PG is roughly one tenth of that of the typical REE ores, it is an attractive REE source because of the large production volumes. European PG production is estimated as 21 Mt/year from 30 di?erent locations, while the world production is 100–280Mt/year (Gijbels et al., 2017). Considering the typical REE content of0.4%, the amounts of REE locked in the waste piles annually are 84,000tons in Europe and 400,000–1120 000 tons worldwide. The annual world production of REEs was 170,000 tons in 2018 (USGS, 2019), and the demand of REEs is expected to grow at an annual rate of almost 6%.In 2035, the demand is predicted to be over 350,000 tons."
Rainbow could become the dominant RE producer with their low cost extraction process from existing phosphoric acid manufacturing plants.
