For funding purposes 3 years average is used.

The stacks will be de-acidified and combined into one clean gypsum sealed stack. The mixed RE sulphate (around 45% RE) will be shipped to the USA. There the four high value REs will be extracted and the devalued RE sulphate concentrate will be stored for future extraction when it becomes valuable. All the heavy elements will be stored in this concentrate

The gypsum will be safe for building work.

Most people find it incredibly difficult to sell, look at this basket case of a company. The interest in it far exceeds the prospects, which can only mean there is an army of desperate losers hoping that it will rise from the dead.

Pretty much standard to have these at this stage TechMet have already stated they will help fund the build and they will exercise their right.

The independent due diligence on the entire project from the German RE consultant would be interesting. Hope they publish it.

Mumbles there were 5 shareholders who took part, its a 15% dilution at a 28% premium.

Existing shareholders could take part at a lower price, so it's not taking advantage in any way.

It's similar dilution to PRE, but their directors did not take part? Why was that?

RBW/K-Tech have run the process continuously the lab for months and now will run in on site and in the US as a pilot plant.

It's not an ore, this is not a mine. RBW will leech the elements out with acid and obviously gypsum is not going to dissolve in acid so it won't be an issue. Not that filtering different particles is some impossible technology.

Yourwild speculative theories are all in vain, the lab work proved the process and the pilot plant will run for months to prove the production process and further refine it.

Talking BS is irrelevant in RBW's case as they are building a pilot plant now and we will see the exact production figures in a couple of months.

Pre-emption rights are standard investment terms. It would be exceptional if they were refused.
