Repeating the $44/kg cost doesn't make it current. If they had produced a feasibility study a cost breakdown with energy price sensitivity would give a more accurate indication of inflation adjustment.
MdPr oxide price obtained would be minus the 13% vat and long term contract at around another 5% discount.
When you factor in office and funding costs then its doubtful PRE are profitable at current prices.
