PER are quite a few of years away from needing funding to build the mine, nevermind saltend. The need to follow the path of other miners who got there via PEA, DFS, BFS and pilot plant. Its going to take tens of millions of dollars plus office costs. That will have to come from shareholders.

There is precisely FA interest in GHANA of stopping ALL getting its licence. Ghana wants its cut, as it should.

Any miner that currently has to ship Carbonate to China at the Chinese vat discount rate (i.e. all of them) could be instead offered a 10% higher price for US processing using the world's lowest processing cost.

Also one backend process plant for the many Phosphoric acid plants/gypsum plants. Plus hard rock mines too?
All being reclassified as US produced and qualifying for the price boost.

This processe extracts metal oxides from mixed RE Sulphates . Sulphates are produced by conventional hard rock miners , e.g. from monzanite. ( for examplePensana intend to ship RE Sulphates to process in the UK)

So RBW my have the capability and patent to process just about any mine, never mind phosphoric acid plants/gypsum stacks
Also, moving RE end process to USA will give a 10% price boost under US RE critical mineral laws.

They will probably have to setup 5 or more pilot plants. Having one backend will save half the cost and time to set them up. Brilliant.

The pilot plant design and setup are progressing in line with expectations, with commissioning to commence in Q2 2023. Work has started with Mintek (South Africa's national, ISO-accredited mineral research organisation) in Johannesburg to design and fabricate the front end of the plant, which will produce a high-value mixed rare earth sulphate. The required back-end separation process continuous ion-exchange ("CIX")/continuous ion chromatography ("CIC") units have been delivered to K-Technologies Inc.'s ("K-Tech") Lakeland facility for setup and testing.

I worked in a bridge lending and the lack of previous building experience would block any loan over £1million. Unproven process, thorium, poor RE mining success in the West in general, very high production costs, terrible environmental impact, no feasibility studies, no pilot plant,

Red flags all of them.

Good to point out that the non-mining proces that RBW use will provide a further competitive advantage with higher energy costs.

I'll summarise it for you. A prospect is worth barely anything when it needs hundreds of million spending to provide an potential profit. Drilling holes and defining the resource doesn't make much difference to its value.
In another example, Atlantic lithium bought a resource of possible billions of cheap to extract and process lithium for 3millon and a couple of percent royalty on it. Only worth that to a fully funded miner with an adjacent mine.
