World wide (excluding Russia) its between 15-20,000 tpa NdPr

Even there, the quantities are tiny. MKA will mine 1 tpa.

I'm on the side of the USA who has indicated they will.provide funding and is the target market for RBW. The NdPr may be sent to the US strategic reserve.

EU is going to support the RE plants in Poland, Estonia or the Nordic mines. UK government has abandoned the UK car industry, manufacturers are leaving and will leave. There is no chance of hitting the necessary UK content levels (i.e batteries) now, its too late now. UK needs six Giga factories and it has one (plus a half a Giga from AMTE).
The Gov has already shown its hand in funding Saltend and what it is, is entirely dependant on DD performed by the private sector.

A major purpose of the plant is to make the stack environmentally benign, of course it says that in the PFS and in every presentation the company makes. Environmental credits of around $500million will be paid for the clean up process.
