Newgen and Elemental are the only entities having a say over the assets until an administrator is appointed to work on their behalf. Maybe they are negotiating how to split the proceeds without a £2million a year administrators fees.

At a guess I would think Elemental have a problem as they offered a loan against assets that RMM did not own.
Call in Administrator their only option to be treated equally?

Wow, both are secured lenders . I don't know how this works because both lenders apparently have 100% ownership of the assets on default and the agreements preclude RMM taking another secured loan. Either has the right to call in a receiver.

If a 1receiver is called in the RMM company goes into Admistration and new company RMM (in Administration) ltd is registered at company House.
Old shareholders do not own anything of the new company. New directors and board is appointed.

They claim to have more Thacker Pass deals and with the state of junior mining share prices it could be possible.

Complication for the Mexicans is that the Chinese are the experts on Lithium and they are clueless. American backing would help and Mexico could overcome Chinese political pressure with it. But breaking mining agreements is very bad news for the West.

It's my biggest holding at 18% of my portfolio, won't increase that as I've long concluded that buying and sticking is the best strategy. I went balls deep for TRR because I like the strategy and it seems to be the right time for it.
Not bothered by the prospect of a raise, finance can be expensive.

Talk of phase 3 would not surprise me. Future spot prices from 2026 are unknown.
Preferential pricing treatment for a shareholder would be illegal but GM is paying for the offtake guarantee at commercial rates with is about 6% ? below spot.
Other shareholders don't suffer, this is a normal commercial agreement.

TRR have sold a gold royalty which was "an opportunistic investment" secondary to their core battery materials strategy. They were overweight in PM, for me.
They won't sell Thacker Pass, it's a solid dividend payer for 40 years.

If debt was converted to security you would be diluted much more than 10%, more like 75%.
But the lender isn't going to do that, they don't need to swap shares for debt they have control of the assets and are running or selling them as a going concern.
There are two scenarios, sell the mine to pay the debt.

Or run it to pay off the debt in full. In this case the shareholders will get the mine back, debt free in three years or so.

Pointing out that a company has made zero attempt the deliver a plan and has zero chance of success is perfectly reasonable. Helping to prevent people losing money is altruistic.
What's your motivation for attacking anyone who points out the red flags this company is flying? Do you have a financial motivation to hide critism?

TCF doesn't apply to desemination of information about investment decisions. The are plenty of reasons not to give this information out but TCF is not one of them, also TCF is being retired for retail in July. Its replaced with expectons of positive outcomes for retail clients.
Overall an odd reply, I worked there when it was a quarter the size but they had two oil researchers and one mining. Why they would suggest uk analyst's would investigate this is beyond me, it would be sector specific.
