Show me where I have unfairly criticised someone?

I have stated I get angry at people telling JP what to do when they know little about the details....I dont see that as anything more than that.

Whilst we are on the subject please tell me what was new info I JPs email response?

I'm not sure why your singling me out and yes I have no reason to answer your questions, you can ask what you like.

The mine was sold off to a company who sold it to SML, during this time it has sat dormant in 40+ degree heats, seals, rubber, plastics and pipe work don't like excessive e heat. This means adhoc repairs and subsquent delays may occur.

As for my comment about cones, new recovery technologies and processes are being considered and who knows how JP is spending the $900k, he wont be wasting money.

To get a business up and running with the likely revenue LC will provide double what's been spent that will be a steal.

Please don't get upset if I don't respond it's not my job to.

I have stopped reading all the posts on this board, for that very reason, I don't have to explain myself to anyone, I am just tired of the same thing being said....nothing going to change in the immediate by saying the same things.

There is a real negative agenda on this board at the moment and as prop said SML generate money, now have 2 potential assets to generate cash, a third longer term world class project.

If business went well all the time it would be a miracle in any field....let alone mining which is well known for its ups and downs.

Been here for 4 years and never seen this amount of repetition and negativity....as for not logging on I will do what I want I just wish people would be a little more balanced.

I actually get annoyed by people emailing JP and telling him what to do like someone did recently.

I am guessing he is busy enough at this time, just cause he is good enough to respond doesn't mean he should be there to calm the nerves of the inpatient.

The man is a major shareholder, you know by that he is doing his level best to sort out these issues and at the same time run the rest of the operation.

I have been in this company for over 4 years and never felt the need to email him, why do people bother he cant tell you anything that's not already public knowledge.

Surely the not knowing means you have to rely on the people who know more doing the right thing.

I gotta say as a share holder I'm a little frustrated, but this same over and over discussion is getting a little boring now.....give the board the time they require.

Well if starting from scratch a plan and estimate are relatively simple. Where you over take an old mine with some level of infrastructure you won't know what you need until you start getting your hands dirty.
They should have some knowledge. But it would be an estimate from scratch and then a estimate for if everything left by the last company works and will likely be somewhere in between.

I doubt they would like to share figures with such a disparity, as I hate to say it but the worst case may not be a nice number.

I always expected more than where we are now, hence the raise, I also think it's being rushed for obvious reasons.

I do think the date of production varies due to interpretation, is it leaching the copper, selling the cement, at 200 tonnes, western oz largest copper cement produder or just ramping up....

At the very least, to build new cones will require an excavator(likely minimum of a 400}, a rock truck, diesel, manpower.

I don't know what state any of the equipment is, we know what s there but what is has sat for a while in baking western Aus 40'c.

Before even thinking about the cones and testing equipment, they will likely need generator/s, pump/s, pipes, chemicals, the list goes on all in a remote part of the world.

Taking the above into account 900k concerns you????

As minor share holder in am AIM company you have no rights to financial data.

Be real, in the middle of no where supplier and replacement parts are way more expensive, 0.9mil is nothing.

The only real risk I see to where SML is now is time.

How long before an LC update and the Cobre Client situation being resolved in someway?

Remember SML did just fine prior to this customer fogging the picture, I take this as they paid for some ore and then $375k x 2. The only reason this has caused an issue is the reliance on the extra cash.

Like it or not SML is in a better position with the customer coming and then having their "enviro issue" than never have come, the only difference is the share price has been dented.

infact we are in a better position than when i first invested, we now own 100% of the 23 western Aus tenements minus a few we sold, we own a copper mine soon to be producing copper cement and we now own 100% of Redmoor. Cobre is pretty much the same today as it was then but we do have more faith in the renewal until the ore is depleted.

There are a lot of big holders in SML, just not everyone decides to shout about it.

There are many reasons for selling, way more than buying and most arnt to do with the company, last time they were this down I bought a load at 1.22, can i get better?

Which has to mean LC is at minimum self sufficient and in my estimations adding to the bottom line.

The $4mil may be on the way but sounds like nae don't want to wait anymore, cant blame them.
