I think the time to shout about SML is AFTER the PFS in my opinion. that doesnt mean that cant do better now, but indicated is when people will listen and sit up.

Its a possibility, i have been thinking for some time that China is either running out of easy to recover/good grades of tungsten or is looking ahead to ensure its own future supply.

It could be a mixture of both judging by the fact that its such a strategic mineral, (pun)

Gambling comes down to probability and luck, whilst in investing you can get lucky for a bigger part if you DYOR you negate a fair bit of the luck, lets face it most of the LTH's got lucky with the squeeze on tungsten, but then having a slice of tin/copper/tungsten in the ground that SML has rights to was not luck, so whilst i get your point in answer to your badly worded question, i dont think you can call a researched investment luck.

But dont forget im in a great position and my 8 figures of shares dont owe me anything, with nothing to lose that cant really be gambling either can it?

@caravan. i have a lot and im not worried, it can be frustrating but just ignore, this will all come good at some point, excellent progress, 2 more drilling rigs about to go live and some more assays awaiting analysis. sit on your hands and do nothing is the best thing you can do, you cant help sellers doing their thing.

@Daltry, with the current price of APT around $3k and the 12 month average at $2250 and the price of $850 used in NPV calculations, how much more conservative does SML need to be? With china not exporting and even trying to import tungsten waste its doubtful there will be a sudden glut of tungsten.

Tungsten has held at $3k ish for a good few months now.

Sure things can change but you can say that about any market, look at precious metals, silver dropped to £46 oz today and has been almost double in the last year.

There is no replacement for tungsten. strength, high density and then high temperature resistance in one package, any super metal we may/could create will be way above the price of tungsten.
