They are free to announce their MRE in any way they wish, they will have to release at in the normal way as well for market fairness

I think it's a way of spreading out the rise, announcing this way gets an early benefit

@bb, i dont think they can simply double their previous fair value, it has to be based on a formula using the new MRE and other asset considerations

There is a good article in the telegraph about the coming tungsten squeeze and how the stockpiles are going to run out

I know I love silver, i do stack silver - thats estimated an extra £4mil each year of the life of the mine by my guess that could be around half the market cap alone - seriously still under valued

Not that i know in anyway, but I am concerned that with all the extra variables being brought into this MRE i guess there is a small potential that the MRE will be a bit late, just a thought....

I would think most LTH's like me have been in this for so long that there is no rush to get out leaving so much money on the table....

Well tbh LCCM is not a nightmare, just that running large multiple leech pads requires a lot of expertise and then theres the govt bond for land reclamation after the mine has been depleted.

I would support another raise if Cuprum fail and SML do it themselves, copper has risen since we agreed to the terms, so its even more attractive. A raise to add value is fine in my books, but they would need to have a plan and the right people, the previous board did not.

I dont know at this point, sitting on my hands is my strat at the moment as the MRE will likely really uncover what is here in the eyes of the market, no point on management shouting about Redmoor until the MRE. I would like to be still on board as they "unearth" the Duchy land, i would expect maybe lower grades on tungsten, but high grades of copper/silver and maybe tin. The UK had no current copper mines so i am hopeful SML could change that.

Lets not forget SML have another load of money coming their way (hopefully) from the sale of LCCM in May, so i think no more capital raises unless like this one it suits the company.

As for the investor offloading some shares quickly, i think thats unlikely, it has to be worth it, and doing so could undermine future investment opportunities.

Don't forget manners is a major share holder that invested his own money, if he has agreed to this then he will have his own shares in mind.

Also that money can really help explore the duchy land maybe. Redmoor is going to need way more funding down the line, so not an issue, it so minimal, but I am intrigued as to who?

Currently the only thing i can criticise the management for is not taking over sooner.....lol

LOL, my advice is dont look, my break even was 0.47p, after a little derisk at 3.5p im staying on this one for the ride of a lifetime, i do believe SML has way more push in it.
