I dont think everyone gets the idea of the review, it's not for the shareholders, it's a plan for SML and how they prioritise their now reduced funds to get the best outcome for the total company across the differing projects.

It's unlikely to reference the payment in any way.

What level of detail would be released in any RNS is unknown.

The "strategic review" will not focus on the $4mil, it cant (well unless its been paid). It is about the way forward as is. The lack of payment is already well factored in to the SP.

As i explained the worst case would be a placing (not shocking, atrocious or dreadful, i would say undesirable) which happens very often on AIM.

Let's not they also provided us with a letter of intent stating terms. This may provide a basis for what is "owed" and to that any costs/damages which could include SP damage and you could be talking about a significant figure, which I believe is usual in the US. The only argument in their favour in my opinion is if SML lost access to the stockpile.

I don't think the second major shareholder will release a negative review, he cant and wont.

I dont see anything more negative about this other than at worst a placing - which is what nearly every other aim company does quite frequently, and thats the worst case.

4 assets, 2 to provide income shortly, one still in exploratory stage and another soon in PFS.

I assumed any partnership on LC was going to be in other areas of LC and with different copper recovery techniques.

Bringing LC online quicker could be a smart move but it will have a negative effect on cash flow as it will focus the total costs into a smaller timeframe at the very least.

I do agree Redmoor is a going to be years, 6 months further delay will likely have little effect on SML. If we had of stayed with NAE it wouldn't of been quick anyway.

That's my take on it too Blacksheep. LC will need some dialling in but maybe early 2020 the $$$ begins.

I am too convinced the cobre client issue will be resolved, hopefully with them still on board.

...acid is cheap, 98% concentration for 25l is £50, so in bulk way less, a 25l bottle would do 1200 litres of solution minimum, so I dont see it as a big issue.

fortunately 1-2% strength solutions are all that's needs, add to that the fact that's its reusable and its no big ongoing cost, im not sure of the cost of bulk quantities, just another cap ex cost out of the probably over $1mil costs. Top ups likely required but not that significant.

I have 2 x 1litre bottles of Suphuric acid in my garage I would be happy to send them if it helps...

For me not much changes unless, a JV partner with LC or part of or Cobre gets sorted one way or another. Without that happening it will be either time or a placing q2 next year.

I have never said you cant post I have just simply disagreed with the idea of a "BoD salary holiday" and a few other points with regads to getting LC up and running.

I would say stating "maybe time to see a doctor." , "talk tosh", "more tosh" and that someone wants to be king is quite demeaning and would constitute a personal attack.

Your first post was where the SP was 1.35p a month after the raise, slightly confusing

HC was the reason a lot of investors jumped on board, not sure how many of them are left but the Cobalt find caused a stir and then later the nickel sulphides, SML found some gold and quickly sold those tenements off as gold is not part of their agenda. I dont think(and hope) selling HC would be a consideration, mainly for the little it would raise in its unexplored state.

To be fair I don't think that anyone invested in SML for the last year or so believes the BoD cant do any wrong.

From the placing deal of the LC purchase where they used a future price that shot down, to the disclosure of the incoming payment and then the reliance of it, just a few good example of not always getting it right.

Humans will always get things wrong from time to time, but I still have faith in JP and his team and know that as some point in the future the LTH's will be rewarded.

I think its also good for the BoD to know the shareholders (in the main) support them.

Usually chasing anything is not a good idea imo.

Are you now fully out of SML? I didn't fully understand your post.
