You have to remember the BoD's whilst worry about the current SP are probably willing to sacrifice that for the mid to longer term targets.

It's gone on too long now to issue an RNS that reassures without any content.

What can we realistically expect on RNS's and when?

As late as mid October a Q3 Cobre sales update, this usually includes cash statements and brief updates. So I would think news has to come before that.
Tbh I am passed caring about Cobre It would be nice to hear of some small sales of cement at LC as we ramp up production, at least one of the heaps must be close to operation.

It's just being walked down by opportunistic mm's imo, easy to do when sentiment is like it is.

We all want an RNS or 2, but why are we discussing this was in relation to takeovers/buy outs....I didn't get why it was being discussed or relevant.

I kind of agree with your remuneration comment, but I am sure JP will be doing what he can to sort the Cobre issue as quickly as possible even if it's just for his share holding.

SML is fine, funding issue early/mid next year at worst if not addressed in some other way.

It hasn't cost sml anything its cost SML's share holders.

Shareholder loss is something that can be addressed in court should the shareholders wish to claim damages against the anonymous party. I believe and am not sure that not fulfilling a contract is one of the factors claimable, but am not sure.

TBh I do want some good news, but I'm thinking if this is a longer term thing then why does the SP matter or the confidence of share holders. If things will come good in time then the now does not matter.
Confidence should return on the good news and that's what matters to me. A small drift up or down really wont matter.

Yes to the new investors needed, but without sounding negative, there needs to be something newsworthy and positive to get anyone on board, such as a working copper mine, Redmoor completed (due to $4mil landing)….

To be fair even its late 2020 for LC and we have had to swallow a bit of dilution for Redmoor, im actually ok with it, its not desirable but in order to grow some sacrifices have to be made....

I think the $4mil alone should take SML to 1.75p ish as it removes all uncertainty.

IMO a really good LC RNS beyond that. If LC is a success the expected revenue from the cement operation is worth SML's current market cap. A second revenue stream removes even more uncertainty and working alongside a weakened Cobre would mean all its profits are able to be directed towards Cap Ex rather than Op Ex.

As if 15 mins ago the buys almost equalled the sels today yet the price has been driven down by the mm's, I would expect this to be rectified at some point soon? Suppose it depends on the mm's holding.

Well I think it's a local issue relating to the use of copper cement product rather than other types of mined copper.

For someone to sit around and say we will take 300tonnes per month there must be local demand.

I think some of the funding options have to do with the comment about stronger than expected demand for copper cement, with strong demands come opportunities for discounted upfront payments.

Yeah sml does have a bit of time for a lot to change before crunch time imo.

The last rns proves the BoD are still fighting the good fight with a nice unexpected bonus last week.

I dont really worry about downside from where we are currently.

I dont follow, I see no pattern. The spread of the SP and then the averaged price for close price is being followed as the way the SP is always reported

Least from the last RNS we can guess things are trying to be progressed, just it appears there is no news yet.
