I dont expect an announcement of anything worse. Potentially good news could be a jv or client update.

And your right if anyone in an aim company doesn't expect peaks and troughs even more so in the mining sector than they are the complete definition of naive.

As jp said when he has something concrete he will RNS it.

I do think the sharing of emails are ok, almost expected in some cases.

Until sentiment changes I dont think JP should or possibly will respond to further emails, its not in his interest, if he has something useful/concrete then RNS it.

To be fair based on peoples comments from your email Mk I would not blame JP for never responding to a shareholders email - I'm not blaming you or your motives.

Perhaps that's why he hasn't responded, if he does read this forum from time to time as he says.

Dont see why people cant just wait rather than emailing him. He's blamed for making comments about $4mil coming, popular opinion says he should not have said anything until paid and then people email him for more comments......

He was very clear in that email about updating us when he has something concrete.

Suppose it depends on what's in it, companies should do reviews periodically or when anything fundamental changes. Not sure that looking at what you can do is market sensitive.

I really hope not, I can see little mention on HC in the last 6 months, hence my post about it being shelved, waiting for core sample analysis doesn't mean they are doing something its just the next stage, well that's my take on it and I really hope I am right, not for me but that it demonstrates good handling of finances.

Where was it written that an RNS would come out mid august with details of a review?

I remember reading a response to someones email stating they would expect a review to be complete mid august, no mention of an RNS to my recollection.

I read it simply as a we re reviewing things at the minute, will know more in a few weeks, not you will get an RNS by such date.

That's when they can be first exercised, think and not sure but they have a year beyond that date.

I dont have a clue why theres a clause in place, the company but be relatively local to move that sort of volume. I didn't mean to come over like I knew.

Fira, businesses not paying or late paying is common practice from what I have seen.

Whatever the reason the smart thing to do is put all the effort into LC and worry about this later if its not self corrected.

Its traders who thought they were onto an easy thing, got caught and have sold up(or mostly) and got the hump.

This negative period has so been overdone, however my experience of mining small caps this happens a lot. The thing with miners is it can quickly turn the other way.

The much now loved ggp last year went down to .6p and they don't have any income to speak of.
