Nothing has really changed for me.

SML are still SML, people panic selling to me just shows 2 things, they are over extended or relatively green.

LC was always going to need money prior to becoming another revenue generating stream and the risk of placement was inevitable without small miracles($4mil payment).
Now the next stage is to undertake a review to ensure SML can move forward utilising existing cash reserves in the most efficient manner and AVOID further placement in the short term.
SML now own 100% of Redmoor, LCCM and the Care tenements. Cobre still covers operating overheads just not much more without the double sales SML had from the big client.

They can't offer a discounted placing, are you really that short sighted, it would alienate all the recent investors at the recent placing.

It's the belief that anyone thinking of doing some research prior to buying in may come hear and read the derampers posts and not invest.

I think it can have an effect is my personal opinion, and one true fact is thats it's far easier to put someone off a purchase than it it to ge them to buy in.

Their sentiment is what's annoying people, now they are out (or mostly) and they appear as if they are trashing SML to get a cheaper price or justify their previous sells.

I am too going to ignore them.

Call me mad but I actually think the $4mil still may come (or a good portion of it), why do i think this? well JP is no mug and my suspicion is he knows the clients situation, clearly he cant say anything but there is a relaxed, patient/trusting demour from him towards the client. Its like he knows its not their fault, just conjecture, but its not straight foward as they wont pay. My guess is he knows it will be fulfilled at some point just not when.
Why if you are going to default on the contract would you sign a letter of intent, effectively duplicating your promise should this go to litigation therby strengthening SMLs case.

I think it will be either resolved or the debt will be sold off as then likely scenarios. I do agree DVH SML managed ok before the client and will continue to do so with or without, its foggy the view imo.

it doesn't make sense in my opinion, what would you rather? SML progress LC or start legal proceedings. SML can use their time/cash they have better on LC in my opinion, fully focus on delivering a great income stream.
Meanwhile all the extra time we give the client would help any future litigation should the situation not be resolved.

What you call bad behaviour I see as relatively common place in business, the client themselves may have been let down by someone, we just don't know the details.

SML still own a world class tungsten/tin mine, possibly western Australia's biggest copper producing mine(when they get there), a operation that covers overheads plus a little more (whilst client situation is unresolved) and some very interesting tenements in a resource rich part of Aus. Dont forget the £0.8mil in cash. All this for a market cap of now £17mil, this screams over sold to me.

IMO the main reason for the SP's decline is a lot of people had unrealistic beliefs on the timescales and that nothing could/would go wrong or get difficult - this is the mining world, ups and downs can happen fast and do so on a regular basis with a lot of companies, hence why most are predominantly traded not invested.

I do think the cost of LCCM and what SML have spent so far its a steal. I really look forward to the next cement sale no matter how big or small.

I am sorry you feel like that, but I think its a little out of perspective.

SML have enough money coming to cover Execs and normal running costs, unlike most AIM companies.

I would be happy to see Redmoor shelved until LC is in full production or at least self sufficient. So then SML have 2 contributing assets and then can focus on getting further work/plans on Redmoor.

In the mean time, possibly a JV potential on Redmoor or other parts of LC, maybe the client issue at Cobre is resolved, they back or SML look at litigation/settlement and finding more customers for the magnetite.

Hanns camp and the other Aus tenements when SML have some spare cash

I see the future quite rosy in the mid term for this small cap miner, but I do agree in the immediate I don't expect much movement unless something happens.

JP keeping us informed when he can is not new info imo, my point related to a previous person who emailed JP telling him its time to get legal with the new client, we know little about the client and little about the situation and people think they can tell the MD of a company what to do. Hence my post.

Equipment wise there will be machinery (may include generators as they cheaper than trying to lay wire over the vast distances) and other equipment that have suffered the effects of the environment. At best some of the equipment left may have be stored in steel sweat boxes (containers), the owner who sold to the company we bought it off left very quickly and doing a shutdown would not have been on their agenda.

Don't forget the sales they also made to the major client prior to the default agreement.

I do feel they still need the ore or otherwise there is no sense in signing the letter of intention, it's just a waiting game.

I bought as low as 0.27 and as high as 3.05p so I do understand frustration.
