Looks like Bango’s deal with YouTube TV in November 19 was again way ahead of the curve

NHN stake building and now have 7.27% up from 6.08% and must be paying £2.10 - £2.17 per share
Maybe Take Over bid coming
Awarding themselves their options 1 month early at SP208 the BoD must by of the opinion the SP will not fall further
RNS this morning announcing award of Options is one month early and I see this as good news, hopefully they can now get on with the news flow ahead of the strategy day and get the SP moving in the right direction
For a Bango results day the SP appears to be holding up, I suspect it will dip or hover around this level until the BoD are awarded their options mid April which will be followed by news flow on the run up to the AGM and the strategy day in May (date yet to be announced) then again further news flow on the run up to the H1 trading update in July all increasing the SP I suspect to around the £2.75 - £3.50 range.
So far the appointment of a new CFO has been given market approval or at least no negative signs
I suspect our outgoing CFO has a number of options she will need to cash in over the next weeks
The expansion of Spotify to 80 new markets can only be positive news for Bango

The attached on how to encourage 5G adoption using bundling and subscription models could not describe what the future holds for Bango any better than if Bango wrote the article themselves

All the tech companies reporting huge growth in revenue. Amazon announced 44% Increase in sales Q4.
Bango will benefit massively not only via Amazon

as a general guide a standard concrete mix would be 1 part cement to 2 parts sand to 4 parts aggregates. For foundations, a mix of 1 part cement to 3 parts sand to 6 parts aggregates can be used.
If pozz ratio is the same as cement that's a lora lora concrete, whilst SRES are sharing the cost for mining and delivery with the CRMC I hope @ approx US$80 m/3 of concrete PC has insisted SRES get a share of the proceeds lol
The Bango BoD forecast for exponential growth in EUS for 2020 was made prior to the COVID pandemic so for me anything less than EUS £2 billion would be an underachievement considering the increase in user engagement with digital services since the start of the pandemic.
Not sure how the BANGO Marketplace will have performed with I suspect a tightening of marketing budgets although as user engagement of digital services has increased along with billions of people stuck at home the Bango Marketplace may have been seen as a valuable marketing tool and maybe we could be in for a surprise
I would also think the resale and bundling business has been thriving with the increase of subscription services although I’m not sure on the overlap of revenue reporting with normal EUS
After an eventful year I for one will be looking forward to the trading update early Jan 2021
Good point you make on the EUS target, I have thought for many years that Bango are told by their partners what EUS ( or thereabouts) they can expect to be handed on a plate for the following year and think this all forms part of the joint development of the Bango platform between Bango and its partners, making sure they have enough food on the table to keep them alive and be able to convince further investors but not sufficient for them to party party and make huge profits.
However, I suspect we are now at the point that Bango can stand on their own and profit should grow quickly
Oops silly me,
I will fraise that, they make a profit
making money would of course be illegal
oh and one other thing they do, they now make money
Unless for a strategic M&A strike that should add value to the SP overtime we should now have seen the last of any dilution and with operating costs relatively stable and everything dropping to the bottom line the SP should also start to climb exponentially in the next years inline with EUS and income from the Bango Marketplace.
I doubt we will need to wait 5 years to see £10 a share if it's not taken out before it gets there
