Make that 3, are they not in a close period so close to the TU
Interesting they give the SP in US$
Sorry make that 2 directors think its a steal at these prices, Paul Larbey topped up on 1st October
Well at least one director thinks its a steal at these prices
Just posted by Bango

Both
I recall the bango CEO stated in the September H1 results the group is on track to comfortably meet year end targets
Looking forward to Jan trading update
Lets hope we at the start of a Bango Santa Rally
Whilst I think this spat will result in the short term Visa reducing their charges is this a step closer to amazon opening up additional DCB payment options for physical goods outside of Japan
Dare not think where the bango SP would go following a RNS announcement that amazon and bango had expanded their agreement for physical goods to cover the US, UK & Germany
https://internetretailing.net/editorial/editorial/editorial-does-amazon-visa-ban-mark-a-shift-in-what-payments-mean
So I have been nearer to the mark than some
Approx 4.5% of total stock just changed hands
Morrison’s payout day so money flooding in to Tesco and Sainsbury’s
Thanks for posting Pen167
I did see the post from Bango on my email but haven’t had the time to click on the link
So it’s double bubble, what’s not to like about being paid for the platform usage by the telco and also still raking in a percentage on the EUS spend from the merchants
Nice
In addition to the RNS last week following Apples announcement to allow alternative payments I'm sure the news from South Korea yesterday is just as positive for Bango. I would also think NHN were fully aware of the positive implications when buying up further chunks of Bango over the last few weeks.
https://techcrunch.com/2021/08/31/south-korea-passes-anti-google-law-bill-to-curb-google-apple-in-app-payment-commission/?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAL-4pK4u-S_Bk2Bxx7PLrEnBr54wFz-del4g2tr7FWWTmSnaV5EnY1AG9c-3-o59jOnTJUeACnZvik2OrdY9MShzh7VR57qF2uOX9q5lMvmy_qDgqIQc7pCTDh_Ny5xAYbJvL7mjHOwIf02C0kXTdqnG_AWB5nbhFaXNoUn0sCQm
So NHN mop up another 1m shares to take them to just short of a 10% stake in Bango
They must be confident and have big plans
So Liontrust off-load just over 1m shares, lets see if we get a RNS as to who purchased
It would be interesting to understand how much of this growth is filtering through down to Bango and Audiens

hopefully with these delayed trades the games & SP manipulation are nearing the end game and we can get back to the rollercoaster SP we all prefer
It does appear something brewing in the background, could be we are nearing the end game although Ray Anderson was confident this would not be allowed to happen unless for a large premium of today’s SP. It could be NHN taking up the remainder of Odey’s holding which would put them as the majority share holder
Suspect we don’t have much longer to wait
So all on track
Give it a week or so and the SP will start tick up to its new trading range which I suspect will be around £2.60 - £2.80 awaiting the end of the year results, may even hit £3 - £3.50 on a spike but then dropping back. If the Jan and July 2022 TU ‘a confirms continued growth then all being well SP of £4.50 - £5 by end of next year
Looks like somebody may have let the cat out of the bag
