This selling of stock for over 3 years is like death by a thousand cuts, who is selling and why is there never a TR1 notice issued, can somebody explain, it cannot be PI's as I recall PI's held very little stock compared with the big institutional holders who appear to be holding firm and certainly not enough to explain the last 3 years constant selling

Is this being walked down for a Take out at a low ball SP now both founders are taking a back seat

Yes the payments business has traditionally been a seasonal business with H2 seeing the big ticket days such as Black Friday and the December holiday season but one would think the DVM subscription business would be more evenly spread over the year with some lumpy big sporting events such as the Football World Cup, therefore maybe H1 2026 will be more in line with H2 2025, let’s hope

My view the decline of the SP is simply as a result of a major institutional investor (LT) who had 11.2% ( 8.5m) of the stock deciding to jump ship for what ever reason ( maybe distressed / forced) and there not being sufficient confidence in the market / new investors to take up the slack, this will continue until LT are completely out and the stock sat in its new home for safe keeping, I would also think the BoD are of the opinion it doesn't matter what they say ( unless their was a life changing RNS they could announce) when someone if off loading that amount of stock any good news will just be drowned out by the continued off loading so may as well just let it run it course, maybe a positive in this approach is that the BoD don't appear worried with the SP decline which would indicate they don't need to raise cash against a depressed SP

Last TR-1 RNS from LT in October indicated they still had just shy of 5% (3.9m) do offload although they have now dropped off the Bango Investor web page of major holders with 3% which was updated on 13th January so mostly now out and hopefully not long to go until the SP can get back to normal trading, looks like West Elk have picked up just shy of 5.5m of the 8.5m as of 3rd March

Maybe there was more to Matt Garner suddenly stepping down than the BoD are letting on

New investor Elk and internal who purchased stock sitting on 15-20% loss

The problem with the news yesterday they gave no details on the business model or forecast on how, when and how much cash they expect it to generate and what further investment will be needed so as usual with Bango it ends up a guessing game

That said if it cracks the subscription bundling market it’s sky’s the limit

the bod also don't help with their silence claiming confidentiality agreements restrict what they can announce, when did they last issue an rns on new contracts with any meat on the bone regarding revenue impact

i would suspect nhn are getting a little ****ed with the continued decline in the sp as they have invested a considerable amount of skin in the game at a far higher sp than we stand at today and also with the demise of newdeep

With the relatively small spread for Bango it’s difficult to be sure they are all sells but does look like a large order being filled so TR-1 holdings RNS could be due any day

All positive end of year statements from the BoD but would expect nothing else

For me 2024 will be viewed against achieving the priorities stated by the Chairman Ray Anderson back in the April results RNS

The Board also determined that it was prudent to carefully manage the pace of investment, given current market conditions. As migrations complete and the free cash flows from the payments business rise, a priority is to use these to build cash reserves, repay any debt

Agree, strange no RNS which would suggest no material impact on the market expectations in the short term, there has been a flurry of announcements and market reports recently although no RNS, hope this is not the company trying to spin out positive news in the run up to again missing expectations

It would appear the selling has dried up, for now anyway although if they had been happy to sell down at the recent lows you would think they would be happy still to sell if they still had stock,

£2.4m of stock purchased with minimal reply and it doesn’t move the dial, any thoughts

With proven annual revenue of $46m from ongoing established business much of which whilst not guaranteed to be recurring will most probably be repeated and grow year on year and the potential going forward with DVM and no doubt additional revenue streams to be developed over the years to come I find it astonishing that Bango’s market cap sits at £94m, one day the market must wake up

For me No1 is to quash concerns on cash especially with the $1m per quarter NHN loan repayment due to kick in September this year, last thing we need is chunks of the company being given away at such a low SP to pay off the loan, if they can get the message across that sufficient cash is being generated on top of investment funding and ramping up the new DVM contracts and that there on no more surprises from the Docomo deal then everything else should fall in line albeit slightly behind schedule, for me the $53.5 revenue fc is rather conservative especially when the pervious broker fc from early last year stated $57.1 but did not reflect the reported rapid take up of the Bango DVM in H2 last year, anyway let’s see what next Monday brings

All looks positive, if only management had put the same effort into the DD on the Docomo deal and the companies finances as they appear to do in multiple pointless surveys that clearly do not add any value to the SP then maybe they would not be in this mess they find themselves in
