Strange we have not had the usual Proactive BoD interview following the trading update
Based on the final results last year announced 19th March Bango will be entering its closed period end of this week so if they have any updates on the delayed contracts or anything new then this is the week. Unless they push the results back the strategy day will not provide any new price sensitive info.
Maybe another BoD share purchase this week would be a good sign
Whilst its great to Ray Anderson topping up at bargain basement prices it would be further encouraging to see some of the other BoD's topping up
If past performance is repeated the Bango SP almost doubles after Ray Anderson buys shares
Just mulled over the PER updated and whilst I can see in most cases how they get to the numbers for 2020 even though I think they are the conservative side I'm struggling to understand the lack of recognition for the reported delayed contracts which I assume will be up front payments circ £2m to be banked in Q1 which I had expected would provide a ahead start on what had been previously forecast
We also need to remember we will incur a one off cost of £1m in H1 2020 accounts for the payment to Mr Maras which looks as though this is considered, providing this is still payable after the late conclusion of an Audiens related contract
Ticks all the boxes for me
Not insignificant

Interest in Bango Marketplace has caught Bango by surprise

Interesting write up by Ray Anderson, this could be a massive step change in EUS / data flowing through the Bango platform with credit card inclusion
Looks like Netflix are starting to roll out their low cost mobile plan including India which allows DCB payment, massive potential

I like the last para
Lastly, the Bango management team has, in our view, a solid record of delivering growth in
the subscriber base alongside service expansion. Bango Resale reaches over a quarter of
the world’s population and the Bango Platform is now processing over £1bn of EUS on an
annualised basis – over 22x the FY 2015 level. Furthermore, as Bango CEO Ray Anderson
recently pointed out - the business has gathered more payment data in the last twelve
months than the previous five years combined.

Looks like the AE Tolls first roll out is in Dallas with Verizon

Look like we also have a new web page pushing the Marketplace to the forefront of the business and letting the Payments business take a back seat but fueling the growth with the increasing EUS

I think only achieving EUS £440/450m (doubling on H1 2018) is already priced into the SP. If there is an indication that achieving the increase of £700m is on track which would be in the region of £500m based on the seasonal 40-60 split then I suspect the SP will get a boost.
Also there is no recognition of revenue in the SP from the Market Place or Audiens side of the business so any positive progress here and again this should provide a boost to the SP
Not long to wait until all is revealed and I must say Ray Anderson appeared very up beat & confident in the appScatter Proactive video when talking about the up and coming Trading Update but there again you would expect that to be the case
Bango Proactive new video. All looks promising with appScatter and big leap in app developers accessing the Bango market place from September
Most interesting from 5m30sec into the video Ray Anderson gives an update on Bango and the TU to be issued in the next week or so. Good hint all looking good and stated doubling of EUS for the last 4 years then corrects himself by saying 4 & 1/2 years now so for me this is confirmation EUS has doubled sine H1 last year so that should put EUS @ £440m minimum.
Margin & cash in bank will be key metrics for me

Issue the Trading Update asap and don't drag this out until the end of July, you demonstrated this is possible in December so why not for this TU
Your LTH's deserve this at the very least
