Along with the Audiens deals that go un announced ( and I'm not sure of the value of the Nextplora agreement) the Bango payments business is also busy with new deals that do not get announced and go under the radar as per link below. I suspect there are also many deals being closed with the Marketplace side of the business all of which will support a significant rise in revenue to be reported for H1 and continue into H2.

Its what you get when there is a complete news black out, even the bango twit account has not been active for almost a month

The only thing I would add is that Ray Anderson in one of his interviews stated that he expected these business units to contribute significantly to group revenue in 2019

Looks like we will need to wait until July trading update, for me cash in bank will be the key metric of what's going on behind the scenes. £3.81m 31st December

Just going over the Progressive Research note and can not see any reference to any revenue expected from the Marketplace or Audiens business streams and all revenue forecasts appear to be related to the margin on EUS On a similar point there is no mention of the expected operating costs of the same business steams Would I be correct in assuming the financial performance expectations of these 2 business streams ( good or bad ) are not considered in the research note or have I missed something ?

AGM 3 weeks on Friday although based on previous years I'm not expecting any fireworks / RNS other than ARP

It's then approx 8/9 weeks until the 2019 H1 trading update mid July when hopefully we get an understanding as to how the Bango marketplace & Audiens business is progressing as well as the tick in the box on expected EUS growth if not better

There again there is the slim chance we could get a couple of RNS in between although I'm not holding my breath

Whilst dated yesterday I'm not sure how up to date the attached article is but Bango gets a mention regarding Amazon Prime

Looks like Cavendish Asset Management Ltd upped their holding by 435k shares 2 days after the results

Good sign

Big jump (2,000%) in revenue from EU and small / insignificant doubling of UK revenue. Maybe the impact of PDS2 starting to drip through.

USA Canada down 25% although I think this is related to the one off discount deal (£0.7m) with a major MNO mentioned in the 2018 H1 results announced in September and therefore looks good for 2019.

Agree, the results are almost a given but for me visability to the profit on the payment business will interesting as this will be funding the short term growth of the data side of the business Also Ray Anderson has suggested in recent interviews to keep a eye on the results so I do expect some very positive forward looking statements in addition to the great performance in 2018 resulting in the business achieving EBITDA positive in Q4 despite the burden of the early operating cost of the data business

Also to take P167 point the business looks to be performing extremely well and I take note of the following statements over the last 3 reporting period

2017 Full year results

Bango became EBITDA positive on a run rate basis in November 2017

2018 Half Year Report

Payments business EBITDA positive

End 2018 Trading Update

EBITDA will be positive for Q4

The key issue here is that the statements for full year 2017 and H1 2018 are only referring to the payments business where as the End 2018 trading update is referring to the Group so that this includes all operating costs for the market place and Audiens which for me is great news and a sign that in the early days the Audiens & the Bango market place are now not such a drain on cash as they were in 2018H1 and Q3. As previously stated on this board I had been concerned with the circ £2.8m cash burn in H2 but digging down this is no longer a concern for me

also maybe on or shortly after the 19th March the BoD put their hands in their pockets and take some large volume (100k plus) director buys. Now that would send the right message and move the SP north

For the SP to recover Bango will need to secure the migration of a significant chunk of the mentioned available US$4 billion google EUS and demonstrate first revenue from the marketplace

Bango will launch their new logo and branding mission statement at MCW Barcelona next week and maybe we could see them make a new deal announcement amongst the trumpets and fanfare especially with all the industry key players attending 4 weeks yesterday until the results which hopefully will give further clarity on progress behind the scenes and what to expect going forward
