Nothing new from what was said at the Strategy day but again confirms as you say all looking positive for 2019 although as always with Bango lack of news flow does not help the SP.

Unless anything major happens that would require a RNS looks like we will need to wait until the results day in March for any news

also interesting is that the long term goal once the Bango platform has grown EUS and the advantages of the platform including the Bango market place / Audiens capabilities fully understood is to get back to 3-5% margin originally envisaged.

Just on way home from an interesting & informative afternoon at the Bango strategy day. Whilst good progress on the payments business continues with expectations based on conservative estimates that the doubling of EUS over the next couple of years will continue it was the presentation on the Bango Market Place and Audiens business model that grabbed my attention. This could turn out to be he icing on the cake and I would suggest that if Bango can get the MNO's, App developers ( & others ??) on board it will only take a couple of deals to be announced and the SP will move quickly north.

Also just for info Bango announced they will shortly launch a new branding at Barcelona

I agree that providing the info does not materially impact the expected performance of the company there is no need to issue an RNS so I see this that they have agreements with Amazon & Telefonica that they can issue publicity statements which I see as re-assuring the market & investors that things are ticking along as planned behind the scenes where as they do not have agreement to go public with Netfix and others. Remember Bango & Amazon are long term development partners over many many years and Bango self funded the investment in the Bango Platform to meet Amazons needs so there is likely a much closers working agreement with Amazon where as Netflix is a relative new comer to the party and more likely just a commercial a partnership via MNO's rather than direct relationship as with Amazon 9happy to be wrong on this issue). The same applies to Telefonfica who as you pointed out have a long standing relationship with Bango although I suspect not to the extent of the relationship with Amazon

As the expected performance of the Bango is to at least double EUS going forward with at least being the key word so this gives a considerable head room for not issuing RNS for new launches that add EUS even over and above doubling of EUS, if they were to miss performance targets then an RNS would be required as per the TU in January although even this I see as only a minor set back to the expected ramp up of revenue

If we do get a RNS regarding a new deal / partner then you could determine that the potential revenue to be generated will be in excess of the already announced market expectations although this maybe forward looking to future years to support continued doubling of EUS and not in the forthcoming accounting period.

So at a conservative take up of 5% and a margin of 1% we could be looking at US$5m in revenue per annum plus any additional add-on's from just the Brazil Telefonica launch which as you say is significant

Also several of the other Amazon launches from last year ( India, UK & USA) are now nearing or past the initial 6 months free promotion period so the cash should start to roll in from these deals in the coming months if not already and continue going forward

Any info on how or what revenue is generated for Bango when Bango are involved in an Amazon launch ( or other offering such as Netflix) as part of a bundled package

Revenue from DCB EUS is clear but I have no understanding of the above

Maybe we hit the EUS target or at least somewhere near. The TU update has been issued before year end and it does state at least doubling so it may depend on when the TU cutoff date was ?

Any thoughts on the £2.3m cash burn especially considering £330m EUS in the last 6 months It will be interesting to see what revenue has been generated and how much the one off investment has been spent

Looks like slightly behind the curve but not that bad to justify the decline in the SP during last year, 2019 H1 could be interesting especially in the run-up to the Capital Markets day considering the following statement

Management's positive view of continued significant revenue and EUS growth in 2019 is unchanged, augmented by a strong pipeline of influential new data monetization customers expected to close in H1 2019.

Interesting they have decided to issue the TU before the year end, maybe they have a busy schedule in Jan

This time next month we will have had the trading update and be looking forward to the capital markets day

Don't underestimate the games the MM's play and the reasons why they will take a SP down, as for STOP LOSSES the MM's will kindly hit your STOP LOSS for their own greedy gains

Not long to go until we find out if the fall in the SP is as a result of company performance or MM's playing games

Yep the Bango SP is certainly a roller coaster, I also remember the 2012 peak they even did a placing at 220p. Then there was the early Jan 2016 did when the MM's took it down from 100p to 35p in 3 months only for it to rebound back up to where it started within 5 months. Similar to this recent dip there was no reason / justification only that there was little news flow from Bango IR department.

For me nothing has changed and its not as though there has been a major sell off from any of the big institutions

You may not need to wait until March as lets not forget the January trading update which this year was issued on the 8th January and included the following

- actual EUS spend for 2017
- update on end 2017 EUS exit run rate
- cash in bank at 31st December
- announcement of strategy day
- update on new launches

If the update contains the same info as this year and they have met their targets this should be enough to get the SP moving again
