Bought a few more,showing as a sell and not for the first time.

Failed to mention the three wells plugged at target depth were back in the North Basin.

It's going back many moons and like yourself things very hazy.

I seem to recall the rigg drilled several successful wells in the North Basin then moved to the South Basin were they had to drill much deeper and only found high temp gas and very little oil.

While drilling the wells in the South Basin the rigg developed the problem with the BOP.

Because the repair required couldn't be on site it was decided to use the remaining time on the contract to drill a further three wells and plug just before target depth.

The rigg then left for the UK were there was some talk of it being scrapped,not sure if that happened.

Another bonus RKH has going for them is that they have three Wells partly drilled. They weren't allowed to drill through into the target area due to a fault on the riggs Blow Out Preventer Valve.

I agree, nothing to be alarmed about at the moment,could be a hedge against a long position.

Sreadex Who took out the 6m CFD is either making or losing a lot of money and the fact that Arcadian has reduced their short to below 0.5% would suggest the latter.

The company should issue a RNS giving an explanation for the huge drop in SP.

No expert, but from my limited knowledge , you bet so much a point , could be £10 £100 £1000 a point but if the share price goes in the wrong direction you have to have sufficient cash in your account to cover the drop or be on hand to add cash to your account

I haven't seen it done on any shares that I have held but I do know of a investor who remortgaged his flat to place a spread bet on what he thought to be a sure bet.Went out to lunch one day,returned home to find out that he had been close out because there wasn't enough cash in his account to cover a large drop in the share price. The irony was that the share price ended up on the day.
