We are going back 8- 9yrs, regarding - development costs, I think we had a Petrofac deal on the table where they would foot the development bill and we would pay them back out profits over a period of time. I think the total costs were in the region of $1.25 billion.
You are right regarding a dispute between Bow and New Age but I seem to recall it was over the Operatorship of the development. New Age was questioning whether Bow had the knowledge or experience to oversee the development. Then as you mentioned it was all superseded by the Farm-Out.

Don't hold your breath while waiting for the exploitation licence the last one was applied for in July 2013 and granted August 2014. Cameroon only has 2 speeds dead slow and stop.

like yourself, I have been here for many years and suffered many disappointments at the hands of the Cameroon Government and the past incompetent BOD.
We have been promised FID for the last five or six years but on this occasion, I think providing SNH doesn't take 12months to issue the Exploitation Licence, we might finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.
Like many, I believe Bow will be taken over by Lukoil New Age or jointly but there are many hurdles to cross.

Bowleven will now become a traders paradise and I expect the board to be invaded by ramper&derampers over the coming weeks
There will be many Pump& Dumps before FID.

Don't count on any money off the Cameroon Government , the last I heard they were broke and it wouldn't surprise me if they asked for a free carry for granting the licence.
As for the tax credits, they are many moons away in the future.
