On a dry cargo ship, the tonnage has to be worked out from the draught, on a tanker it is less important because you have calibrated tanks that you load into and likewise when it's pumped ashore.
The draught on the A S after loading from the A M was either 11.4m or 11.7m I could probably check back and find out but it really doesn't matter that much.
If the A S had taken the full specified 500k from the loading out spec from the AM I would have expected her draught to be over 13m.
There might be other local factors that I am unaware of, so it is AIMHO DYOR

Company production guidelines are for12.1bopd, the interval between the last lift was 43days
We don't know the actual volume of oil transferred from AM to AS but using the figures below gives us an idea of how the well is performing.
Total lift 500k barrels @ 43 days = 11.62bopd below guidelines
450 barrels @ 43days = 10.62bopd " "
400 barrels @ 43days = 9.30bopd " "
The AS draught was 11.7m so I would expect the volume transferrsd to be on the lower end of those figures.

The price of oil is only important if you have got a continuous flow of oil , we have one well dead and the other terminally ill.
It will take someone with deep pockets and balls of steel to bring Hur back to life.

The SP has bounced off 3.6p three times today, wouldn't be surprised if it crashes through on the next occasion.

For planning purposes, companies usually get a fast version of the CPR before the official version is released to the market. It's possible the fast track version has been leaked, just thinking out loud.

Like many, I got caught out on the last P&D and vowed it would not happen again, even if it meant having to buy back in at a cost.
It's just a matter of hedging your bet against a poor RNS if I have misjudged the situation and we receive an RNS to die for, then I will be willing to pay the extra cost to get back in.
There has been a high trading volume throughout the day and strength into the close, so might be worth setting the alarm for 7 am.

If you are referring to me I will give you something to shout about.
I'm a long-term holder and like many losing money but I have two pots, an investment pot and a trading pot.
My trading pot which I bought at 2.4P I sold today at 4.4p.
The reason I sold is that I suspected it might be a P&D and of course I might be completely wrong but whatever way the mop flops I made an 80 odd % profit on my trading pot.
I would also like to point out to the newbies that have just joined the party, don't
get carried away with the RAMPINGy of $350.000 a day this share is not without risk.
The last lift from the AM was over a 43 day period so even if it was a full specified
cargo of 500k barrels and it was not because the vessels draught was only 11.7m which means the Z6 well has been producing below guidelines, I will leave it for you to draw your own conclusions.
I will activate this post after the market closes so I can't be accused of trying to influence the share price.

I would be more inclined to watch the dump, I hope I'm WRONG.

The SP was probably in auction.

Let's hope we don't end up 6 months down the line not knowing whether the licence has been applied for or NSH wrangling over their share of the cost.
They haven't paid a red cent so far.

In answer to your question, it is not a requirement for a company to announce via a RNS notice when they apply for a licence.

It is however mandatory to announce when it is granted and Bowleven will be complying with that obligation.

Must add this is no reflection on Selicourt Coms they put my query forward to the company but received no answer.

Have tried to get an answer on three occasions as to whether we will get an RNS when the Exploitation Licence is applied for twice through Selicourt Coms and once direct but still no answer forthcoming.
