Agree that they will be reprocessing some stocks.
But Hurricane Delta was a black swan event. This event shut down production sites as well as refineries. I believe that some refineries are still shut down due to the impact/damage of the hurricane. Therefore, there will be a higher than usual draw for processed petroleum products - unless US ramp up refinery in the coming weeks to cover the draw.

EIA stats show that that there has been a draw in ALL petroleum products since the end of July. The gasoline stocks are at the lower limit of "recommended" stockpiles.
Ofcourse refineries are able to reprocess different grades of petroleum products, but since there is an overall draw - it will cost them more to reprocess than to just convert crude.

I'm a little bit more optimistic with refinery utilisation. I think it will ramp up to maybe 80-85% bracket by the end of the year.
Right now at circa 76-77% of peak and it is evident that there is more draw than additions.
I think at year end (at around 80-85% utilisation?) draw will equal stock addition. Further increase in utilisation depends on increased demand for products.

US has to ramp up refineries soon to maintain processed petroleum stocks.
The use of heating oil for the winter is evident with the huge draw in distillates.

Average production at Jubilee for Q3: 88,688 barrels/day
Average production at TEN for Q3: 49,389 barrels/day (averaged as August data missing).

ACTUAL (almost with averaged August data) Tullow's GHANA production for Q3: c. 54,700-54,800 barrels/day

ESTIMATED non-operated portfolio production for Q3: 21,600 barrels/day

TOTAL (Actual Ghana + Estimated Non-op) = c. 76.3k bopd

Above doesn't include barrels equivalent of gas exported.
Nothing to worry here in terms of production :)

Last offload was on 30th September, and left the storage with 0 bbls due to maintenance requirement.
31st September --> 6th September = Scheduled Maintenance of AM

7th September --> 11th October = Production
= 462k bopd at 13.6k bopd (HUR stated) production rate.

Not sure where you are getting an extra 160k barrels from, or is this water?
