PAD004- good post and good points made. The degree of analysis you’ve elucidated upon is most like lost on them. But who knows?

PAD004- I too am a 30 year veteran of Strategic Analysis and more important how effective ii is implemented.

Disagree- his 1980 book is now dated.

Shat you are looking at is essentially am embryonic high risk venture attempting to develop compounds to maybe sell on to another company to develop.

It’s small scale high risky venture- survival being the important issue rather than focusing non developing a competitive or similar strategy.

Porters models do NOT apply here.

PAD004- cafe to elaborate how Michael Porter’s theories are relevant here. I know he write extensively on Competitive Advantage et al. Not sure if the relevance to our ‘action’?

Okay with me. Consolidation of warrants and options makes sense. The proposed consolidation is of existing ordinary shares and those not yet vested but still allocated. I don’t see a problem here.

All this over the top criticism about the BOD. All these small cap bio tech shares on AIM are EXTRAORDINARILY RISKY. Remember Angel Bio, Erx......all a distant memory now. I’m sure others can give examples.

ValJu- I don’t want a shareholder action group representing me. If you want that s your affair.

Nothing of any significance other than damage to fellow shareholders will come from this action.

ValJu - we all know the history of this company. Neither you Fred et al have a Monopoly on Wisdom.

But when I see members of such A toon Groups starting to take a moral or superior high ground- I get worried.

They accuse the BOD of displaying similar characteristics but fail to recognise that in others.

Fred may well be a down to earth individual- but us he rational, clear headed, not prone to shouting what some might deem ‘abusive comments, insinuations ‘. This goes against the code of practice for such groups as was kindly posted by another poster

When we started this process- it was around issues of poor management, dilution of our holdings etc.

It has not evolved into a much bigger ‘investigation’ around various rumours etc.

All of this is speculation- we all have our own agenda as you say- you included.

I’m not attacking your right to pursue your agenda and objectives.

Fred- I agree things could have been done better over the years. You could say the same about lots of other AIM domiciled companies.

NOTE- I believe you are now entering territory that you may regret - rumours are not facts, suspicions are not real facts in the public domain.

I am not supporting these statements in the absence of facts to the contrary.

These actions - have the potential to ruin what is left our investments and I would prefer you stayed on a tight path with a few defined objectives.

You are moving almost into an investigation into the running of the company. Are you serious?

Fred- where is all this speculation coming from? These conspiracy theories, paper trails etc.

I was under the impression you were concentrating on getting a NO VOTE but you seem to be going away over the top.
