ValJu - I feel that you are a genuine guy. But you lack the finesse if somebody who needs to have the ability to lead.

When way back I suggested you to lead you shock back from the role- instead putting a retired guy in the role!

You had your opportunity for Leadership!

Yes- hold a significant amount still. I know there are some detractors but their technology is good based on my research and their market cap relative to competitors is tiny.

Caveat- risk level: medium- Potential : very high.

Fred- if you wanted a highly professional well written and structured submission I could have prepared one if the highest quality. But we’re not quite on the same side.

ValJu - I invest and I am prepared to take the risk. I’ve won and I’ve lost over the years. I took a punt on biotech o et the years Val SAR PYC - PYC went from nothing to 32p and I did really well . I still recommend and hold.

I had high hopes for Val - was never happy with the management of the company- lost a lot but decided to average down as believed in their technology- it was a gamble. I know all what’s been said here- my first email ( not posted) probably from we all know was arrogant and techy. I agree this company is all but finished but what you guys think you will get out of it?

We’re not going to win this way- forcing BID to invest. I’m not sure what strategy will work but maybe some here say it- walk away. If I lose my remaining holdings then do be it. But I won’t wallow in bitterness.

I’ll pick up and move on. No hard feelings.

Bo82- fair enough. I respect your opinion and the way you express it. Each to their own. I’ve never had an issue with the overall thrust of this action. Group.

What your doing is investment suicide. Only people who are bitter to the point of insanity would pursue this course.

If the BOD is incompetent - which they appear to be- they cant be prosecuted for that. Some are claiming other actions-,where’s the proof. You got the money to finance a Legal Challenge? Have you??

ValJu- my communication today with Valirx calls into question the validity of Fred’s posting here. The earlier techy communication I received from Valirx-?maybe it was GM was very dismissive .who do you believe here- BB are full of spoofers and sad get rich quick merchants.

We have looked at the London south east site and can see the posting you mentioned. It is effectively an unattributable post by an Anonymous individual. We could ask the administrator of the site to take that and many others posts that are shall we say libellous and actionable . However, it is our experience is that other than for direct threats of violence and harassment. (We have had some very extreme threats even involving the police in the past.) we take no action. As the post in question is neither threatening or attributable. We see no reason to take action on this occasion, unpleasant though it maybe it is not the most extreme post on just that page .
