Dracula1- thanks but you’ve lost me!

All I hear on this BB is insulting comments towards VAL BOD- and we expect them to reciprocate favourably?

If I told you to f€&@ off you fat selfish oaf- would you respond favourably? That’s a flavour of some of the posts about members of the BOD. Designed to bring people to the table for discussions??

Fred- the fundamental question we must ask ourselves as I posted some time back-

What are we trying to achieve? What is the fundamental primary objective:?

1. Is it to conserve and protect our present and possible future investments
2. Contribute in some way to alleviating the destructive effects of cancers- prostrate etc.
3. Engage in a destructive campaign internally and externally which which destroy the company shareholder interests and prevent (1) and (2) above.

We need to take stock and have a strategy to do what we want to achieve. So far the emphasis has been on (3).

Fred- we know all this. We know all the disastrous decisions.

What’s our strategy to reverse that? What is it?

Making insulting comments about the BOD may make you feel better! But what are we going to do about it! How do we win?

Private investors hold the majority of shares in the company. The BOD as executive officers have responsibility for running the company- their company to run- figure of speech BB. So happy to explain.

Rightback- all these conspiracies theories! How are benefitting the cause? ValJu Fred et al may deliver. But what if they fail? Think on. We will see you will be singing their praises then. I’m with the Action Group for now and willing to give them a chance.

But my BIG CONCERN- they are
1. reluctant to listen to other viewpoints contrary to their embedded ones
2. Engaging in excessive insults to those shareholders with their own opinions
3. Still engaging in insulting comments about the BOD or supporting and encouraging others- this has the potential to massively backfire on us and ValJu Fred et al don't appear to see it
Neglecting to understand that it’s OUR COMPANY- so we need to preserve and protect- not destroy and bury out of sheer vindictiveness.

Mathsprof- you raise legitimate issues. Worth considering.

ValJu- a leader listens to all views- critical or otherwise. That’s my final point to you this evening.

Valju- despite numerous posts to you and Fred regarding the need to keep this process civil in tone etc- you are continually downgrading the process.

WE- are in the process of ensuring that this company- our company- thrives and prospers.

Engaging in insulting behaviour towards fellow shareholders and in particular the BOD is counter productive.

Hi Noise- that post of yours highlights the ‘massive’ potential here and why we all got involved.

I know you may want to cheer us up from all the difficulties we are in. It’s much appreciated and shows that we can all learn from each other’s point of view.

It’s an opposite almost contrarian viewpoint and it’s worthwhile to note that there are many possible results here. Negative is probably the prevailing sentiment- yes. But if and I suppose it’s a big If- the BOD decide to act- it could be in the positive domain.

All views are useful- but we’re not party to certain affairs- so it’s all guesswork unfortunately.

Noise- good post.

Rightback- with respect if you want to sow division and anger between shareholders and impact a combined cohesive approach to dealing and communicating with VAL and the BOD- then you’re certainly going about it the right way.

Maybe music to the ears of the Company and it’s advisors!

ValJu- just my opinion. I feel that we need continuity of leadership at present- so it’s important that yourself Fred continue to speak for the shareholders and interact with VAL BOD.

It would be useful maybe to have a couple of contributors to review future draft documents intended for submission. Maybe somebody with legal / contractual knowledge would be good as well HeadinHoncho seemed to be knowledgeable (apologies if spelling incorrect).

But clearly we need communications and response from the Company.

So we await developments.

Guys- It is clear that there is a massive groundswell of support for what you are trying to achieve. There have and maybe still are those who question what you are doing. That’s understandable!

Now it appears to me that a string mandate is there- recognising that those who disagree are entitled to their views.

As a long standing opponent to what you choose to do- I am prepared to throw my lot into the fray.

But let’s see how - out of this disaster - we can regain something. It’s not over yet- let’s see what we can achieve together.

PS-,sorry you have lost hugely. I put in 9k and it evaporated but came crack to hold 19m now reduced to 5m and more recently to 3m.

On your post- seems a lost cause. Any grounds for optimism? Any?
