ValJu - that’s precisely the problem. The NO campaign won the first round but not the war.

The Valirx BOD is a bit of a shambles now. No chairman- where’s the element of objectivity if we can call it that.

We shareholders- regardless of our holdings are entitled to be heard. But you deserve and get are to different things.

I’m not concerned if my views are unpopular to some posters here- that’s their concern.

I will remain here and contribute my views and communicate with the BOD until I see it as no longer beneficial.

I have upped my holding now to 5m - if I lose it all so be it!!

This guy needs to see somebody and soon.

Rightback- Agree keep it simple. Sometimes simplicity is not easily achieved. We’re not insiders to this company we’re merely pi’s. Things may be happening that we won’t be aware of.

PAD004- in terms of a balance between continuity and change I would agree.

Valirx has relationships with multiple stakeholders that cannot easily be duplicated by newbies anytime soon.

Somebody stated in a previous post about the need in negotiation to ensure ‘face saving’. We must ensure that happens.

While ValJu claims we have the upper hand now- but do we really. The BOD have the inside track on this company and it’s products potential et al.

I would suggest the old age ‘ make haste slowly’ . I would feel that there is considerable resentment among the BOD in terms of their defeat. They won’t go down without a fight.

So compromise is the name of the game!!

Let’s see Teamhantz- we’re still a long way from the finishing line. Everybody’s opinion is valid - even those contrary to your own.

Let’s hope you’re right ValJu- a lot rests on getting this right. If things go seriously wrong here- you mightn’t find many singing your praises.

Hi roses- it’s not my intention to be critical. I wasn’t in favour of a No vote and that was my entitlement.

But we now are where we are as they say.

This has been one of your better posts in relation to this Action Program.

I acknowledge the efforts that you and others are making in relation to getting the BOD to make some fundamental organisational and strategic changes.

This has to be acknowledged.

But the concern is that such communications ultimatums etc- call them what you like are being issued to the company without the level of transparency to all that would be desired.

I have already been in contact with the company in this very same subject. We need to be careful that rules are not inadvertently broken here and that suspension etc comes from the Authorities and not initiated by the company based on other issues.

Just some thoughts

The BOD of this company have purchased shares over the last ten years. So it’s not fair to say that they haven’t purchased.

I would agree that the salary levels are way excessive for a small high risk biotech that primarily relies on equity funding.

Also the BOD didn’t participate or participate enough when they were equity placing- this would have demonstrated commitment and reassurance to the market and to shareholders.

Let’s hope the restructuring plan is being developed as we speak because this uncertainty cannot continue for long.

You know out of this disaster could emerge triumph. Hope I haven’t sold off the majority too early. But hell if so that’s life. Just dreaming.

ValJu- with respect he has not worked tirelessly ‘for all shareholders’ . He has worked tirelessly for those shareholders who expressed support for the NO campaign. No problem with that. But he is not speaking for all shareholders. Let’s me clear about that. To suggest what you and Fred have stated it is a significant exaggeration.

We are where we are as they say. The NO vote won the day and its over to the BOD to respond and I would agree but I would advise individual shareholders ( if they need advice and I’m sure not) to be independent and not rely on dubious information.

There would appear to be an opaqueness about the message from the EGM. We got more from the RNS than we got from the Action Group.

I too am optimistic - cautious mind. The recent turmoil caused me to cash in approx 75% of my 10m holding. Put a good bit in Tym that I was in for some time and further topped up mp punt on risky MTFB.

Still here now with a Reasonable amount.
