Today- an email purporting you originate from a senior executive of Valirx Plc was reposted on this BB by a representative of the so called Shareholder Action Group.

I have raised this issue when the Company in terms of the validity of such approach, its impact on all shareholders not just those to wish to vote NO. Also it could be regarded as price sensitive - though with share down the creek - hardly a massive concern. Nonetheless it needs to be clarified. I got an initial somewhat techy response-wonder you that was that responded as no name indicated.

But followed up with another email for further clarifications.

Yes relatively positive means that a smallish upswing brings you back into positive territory - allowing for market fluctuations. Simples.

I never said I was in a positive position. I am in a position that a relatively modest upswing puts me in break even and into positive territory - in other words I am comfortable with my position.

If of course the company folds- I lose all as will all other shareholders here.

Agreed Roses- they’re not great to say the least. But ‘investment’ decisions are a personal choice. I have a ‘vested interest’ in the success of this company. Shareholder Action Groups are often a collection of disgruntled shareholders- maybe starting out with the best of intentions. But the end result us what matters.’

Give me some examples of where shareholder action groups have achieved anything. No offence but I have no faith in these actions.

Not so Rightback- bought incrementally and more than okay. If I lost the lot then I can continue and move on. Won’t sit in bitterness- pragmatic practical approach.

Bitterness is self destructive and Shareholder Action Groups most often achieve NOTHING!

ValJu - the tone and modus operandi of this campaign was set by you Fred et al. Nobody is denying you the right to object to the company and vote no. It’s the manner in which you tried to rail road your views through-,reject the views of others contrary to those of your group- all thus reflects on the ethos of the No Campaign.

That’s the problem with Shareholder Action Groups- they are inherently divisive and destructive of morale and shareholder value. There is often an element of bullying those who don’t agree.

That’s the reality of what has happened here. Those who criticise the BOD for various insensitivity ultimately display Greg sane to others. That’s why thus action must and will fail. It’s a form of private investor bullying!

BB- stick to being bitter not positive. Sums you up!

BB- that’s my business- you don’t seriously think I am going to discuss my investment strategy. I hold a hell of a lot more than you and a much bigger personal investment!!!

All in your opinion ValJu- this action will fail.

And when it fails you, BB and your head honcho Fred can lick your wounds. I look forward to that day and it will come and very soon.

BB- you can’t accept reality and are so bitter that you will deliberately destroy what you have left. You not me is the real problem here- I won’t sing to your level and use bad language. You ooze bitterness and that effects ones judgement. This no vote will fail!

Fred- you are de facto the leader of the Action Group so you also have a moderating role.

BB- you’re bitter and you know it! You’ve lost most of your investment and you want to ‘get back’ at the company. A proper investor would accept his losses and move on! You can’t- you’re obsessed with your losses and want revenge- a dish best eaten cold as they say and with a clear head- not a hot head ??
