RE: I'm guessing that.....3 Feb 2020 18:47
I think we need to reflect a bit on the establishment of this Shareholder Action Group and what is our clear intention of what we wish to achieve.
I would agree that we should communicate strongly to the BOD of our concerns- they have already been itemised many times so I don’t propose to repeat.
However, we are not as far as I’m concerned looking to ‘bring down this Company’ - if we were to try or eventually succeed in doing so-this would display perhaps the same astonishing arrogance and disregard by a section of disgruntled private investors to the greater number overall of investors which may run into hundreds or thousands!
With respect Freddie- I feel that if this process is not handled professionally and with an eye not to damage the company then it would be difficult not to apportion blame to the action group and it’s leaders including yourself.
I’m not suggesting that is the intention but shareholder action groups have a somewhat chequered history in terms of success and can sometimes be hi jacked to the detriment of other shareholders.
I’m proposing that caution is exercised- each to his own judgement and that a boundary is set to the actions of this shareholder action group.
These are my thoughts- intended time maybe cause a bit of clear reflection- it’s our money what’s left of it.
