The vaccines so far have not been designed specifically for Omicron. The next generation of vaccines will suit new variants. There must always be a lag.

Health care services all over the world will stock SNG if the P3 trial shows it works. Why? Because there will be people in hospital who have a specific need for it. Omicron might not be as dangerous to individuals infected - there will still be those unfortunate enough to reach a breathless state - but in any case we need to get ready for future variants.

Looks like 210p will go again today.

FOMO suggests nativity and panic. I would separate that from seeing an opportunity at this price v what will happen ahead of and after results. It’s going to be too good to miss. Traders won’t be able to resist. Remember 10% is good enough for many.

It remains a risk though. We would not have invested if we hadn’t seen the upside and if it didn’t have that upside well we may as well invest in FTSE.

So for me Matterhorn made the right bold choice for him by selling a % ahead of what may well me a potentially bigger pay off. Certainty is very important and that’s what MH get with that 15%.

A lot depends on what other news there is more generally around the pandemic and whether we get any other news- TR1’s / in vitro study etc. or something unexpected.

If nothing changes between now and results being RNSd we should get a good rise towards the end of next week and then perhaps more so for the trading days before new year.

First week Jan we are in the realms of ‘any moment now’ which could draw a lot of speculative investment and volatility.

I expect heavy trading and a lot of strange and manipulative posting on here throughout. So tin hat time and hold on tight.

It’s certainly going to be tense when the market opens on the 4th Jan after the New Year break. I’m thinking w/c 10th Jan will be when we get the RNS.

Early in the new year is what had been stated by the company. Data would have been unblinded last week so it now depends on how long it takes to compete the analysis. Most investors think first or second week of January for headline data.

Some posters on this message board think there could be news even before Jan but to be clear the company has not said that.

Erm. Nope. You can’t extrapolate averages across pharma like that. SNG have a drug that applies to a pandemic. I don’t do price projections but the potential here is different league to the average.

A couple of weeks ago the website offered us a 20 mile trip for a PCR test for our 5 year old daughter - That was after after we told it we didn't have transport (which was a little white lie at the time).

Having said that we always get the results back in within 24 hours of posting so 2 days for postal PCR overall has been quite good.

Last working day today for a lot of people (including me), so yes it going to be quiet.

RM interviews are always bad for speculation. Which sounds counter intuitive and I strongly believe he serves us much better in the long run. But the speculation that P3 results might emerge ahead of January was dampened down and that moved our speculative bubble back a bit. Probably mid next week the SP will be going up again. Hard to be out of this after 4th Jan as the RNS could land at any point after that. So late next week and the 3 trading days between Christmas and New Year could be interesting....

I'm enjoying the ride. It's great to be invested in a stock that's interesting/worthwhile/active etc.

In AIM the SP is always volatile between news. Trading on sentiment is king. This is an event stock. There will either be a big sale dividend or not and you either take that risk or you don't.

AIM stocks are like balls of string being chased by a kitten. If they move or look interesting the kitten leaps. If it's still and boring then the kitten moves onto the next exciting thing. All the while a cat watches on waiting (stay with me)...

If we get an RNS confirming a sale then the ball of string becomes a mouse and the cat will catch it and eat it (or leave it on your doorstep). The kitten continues to chase bits of string..... entirely missing the point.

If you are not able to wait for whatever reason it's going to be stressful. But 'event' stocks are the best AIM stocks if you can be patient.

Apols for the ridiculous kitten analogy but it makes more sense than the invented negativity we get every day on here. It's boring looking at all the naysayers every day. it makes no difference and you are wasting your time.

I share your pain but with BRH I always reflect on what the company is about and whether that works for me.

Returning value to shareholders doesn't mean having a BOD that is constantly managing the share price and presenting anything other than factual updates is not allowed from a regulatory perspective.

I think BRH is one of the better communicators to the market that I have seen in AIM. It's not about singing up any of the companies investments, it's about investing in those companies to add value to great ideas and IP and telling us how that is going over time. I think they do this well. It isn't a quick buck set up and the SP will be volatile.

You can blame investors for spiking and then selling down the SP. If the Paraytec test IP or the whole of Paraytec gets sold we will get a quick return and then it's back to volatility until the next one. Potential returns are high % of the current SP. Volatility risk is what you pay to be invested here.

He did say on twitter yesterday 'next week' with reference to checking the test kit out with Omicron. Wasn't clear if that means news next week or starting on that next week but the outcome of that will certainly be an RNS.

If EUA announces an asset sale we will get an RNS telling us the value of the sale and size of the dividend. The SP will re rate to the value of the dividend + what the market values the company to be worth (complicated as its the remaining company after the sale that's being valued).

The market cap of the company will reflect this change in SP. But in reality it's added the total value of the sale to the market cap as if it's a cash amount (effectively taking that part of the market cap out of market influence as it becomes a balance sheet certainty that the sale on those terms will be realised).

On the ex dividend date the SP will re rate back down by minus the dividend value leaving the market to decide how it values the remainder of the company.

This gets complicated, depending on what the strategic direction is for the remainder of the company. It could be a significant going concern, retaining mining assets, or it could be shell company wanting to pursue more exploration by retaining some cash from the sale - or they could de list if it's a full company sale (it shouldn't be as the RNS's have been clear it a proportion of assets. etc. etc.

So we can probably guarantee that an announcement of a sale will include clear definition of what is left. But the value of what is left is a market decision.

I'm not sure that SNG see anything until Parexel have finished..... hence new year.

True. The SP is moving up steadily though and should continue to do so. Trader mentality is buy it on a dip and sell it on a spike. It's inevitable that this is going to happen but as you say there are no guarantees of being able to get back in again and to be fair to them they would say - well I made a profit.

All good for us. Momentum continues upwards, volume increases and the SP rises as long as the sentiment remains positive, which it must ahead of P3 trial results.

After the big RNS in early Jan there are a whole load of new factors to take into account and this message board will look very different. Getting the product through EUA, orders, possible takeover, politics etc etc. it's complicated. There is no end game or finite point when the SP reaches a level and just stays there for long term holders.

I expect to sell a proportion of my SNG shares at a certain point, regardless of the prospects, ahead of P3 readout, if the SP reaches my target - which is modest. The majority I will keep until after the P3 results. My overall strategy is achieve a profit (number 1 objective) my second is to the realise the value of this company and dream of how great that outcome can be.... and for all of us invested GLA.

Pizza. Yes but it's only one slice of pizza and over all of this it isn't clear yet exactly how much cheese there is on the whole pizza or how many slices will be sold.... unfortunately that means the pizza can not be valued and we will remain in this volatile undercut space until we see the full valuation of the company and the value of the asset sale.

All good as far as I am concerned. This RNS underpins the SP as you point out and values the slice at around 30p. You can extrapolate that as a 30p dividend for just this slice (or somewhere near that - cost of production would inevitably be applied to that). It start to become more likely that a sale of substantially all of the companies assets would produce a dividend well over the current SP should the remaining JORCS be anywhere near as positive.

I would really like to know how many JORCS we might be getting. I was expect one JORC. This one is very enticing and if I extrapolated it across the rest of the assets it looks really good....

Does anyone have a view on how the assets might be split into separate JORCS?

Absolutely no delay. There is speculation of news ahead of schedule and that may have dissipated somewhat from the interview. Sometimes being on time isn't what everyone want to hear. The market is contrary...

However we have plenty of momentum now. 210 holding so far. We are perhaps in a bit of a trading window until 24th December but all signs are the SP is going to keep ratcheting up right up to the big RNS.
