Doc83. To be fair I think it should be on you to demonstrate how the vaccines are not safe and not thoroughly tested - if that is what you believe to be true? The data overwhelmingly demonstrates that massive take up of the vaccines has saved massive numbers of lives so you need to find some facts to support a new hypothesis.

Wyndrum. You are not an anti vaxer but ....... the real issue is a lack of education and understanding about the vaccine science. It isn't true that the vaccines have not been thoroughly tested. There is a long long history of vaccine deployment and improvement - they are not new novel ideas that require 5-10 years to test. It's unfortunate that we have so much disinformation about this. The vaccines are ridiculously well tested and now even after billions of doses - the horror stories just have not and will not happen.

SNG would have to trial millions of doses just to get close to the certainty that we have on exactly how safe vaccines really are.

I would say that the increase in volume this afternoon - especially as it's volume buying at increased ask - suggests to me it isn't a pump and dump. Feels like recognition and the market reality that solutions to Covid testing that prevent lockdowns are required.

Maybe news on CE mark? Was mentioned by TB in his video in the summer. That would be one to RNS separately.

The idea that therapeutics will replace vaccines is bonkers.

How expensive do you think a therapeutic is compared to a vaccine? One stops most people getting very sick and prevents most people spreading it to others. The other stops sick people getting worse.... after they get sick. Do the math about cost per unit and hospital admission. Also - ethically we decide to not bother about prevention?? It's nuts. Richard Marsden would be shocked.

We need public health measures (masks etc) + vaccines + therapeutics + application of care protocols (they are learning always about how to care for the patient at different stages of illness). Therapeutics are incredibly important because they currently don't meaningfully exist today, leaving a gap in the above list, but they are not the only answer

Vaccines can become more targeted to specific groups dependent on variants and how good the therapeutics are - eventually. Today - no.

The answer always is to have a plan and stick to it. Every time you buy, decide when you want to sell all or part of your investment.

For me going forwards its about being strict on selling at least a proportion of the shares at a certain level. It doesn't have to be all but enough to be able to say 'I made some money on this' just in case the black swan pops up and takes the lot of it.

I think BRH is a classic example of a stock to sell a certain amount and hold the rest - for me. I have set my objectives.

One thing I can't stand is when others crow about how great the decisions they made were when it is clear they took a stomach churning amount of risk along the way.

Maybe so. It's also a case of current world events showing us that testing is not going away and there is a clear need for more accurate and faster testing. Imagine if the airports had our device. Everyone just gets tested 10 mins before check in, no need to take a lateral flow ahead of time and takes away the concern that the lateral flow is inaccurate or forged.

My employer like most others now has everyone working from home. Because our test can track the level of infection / infectiousness they could have it at the door and keep the office open. If it gets the required accreditation it's going to market very very well.

I have heard numerous scientists stating that there is no evolutionary rule that makes viruses less potent through mutations over time. Anecdotal I know but it seems waiting for data to show the truth about Omicron is the way forward before jumping to conclusions. It will not be the last variant.

It's been disturbing I think that so many people have already written Omicron off as 'mild' before we know for sure. Yes I have heard the South African doctor say this etc. etc. We have to let the data prove any trend and to assume that now could have very dire consequences.

There is a nightmare scenario where a variant emerges that is more transmissible and very deadly. Without wanting to sound dramatic it is likely that this would end the pandemic for very very bleak reasons.

Now Ive made myself a bit grumpy I'm excited for SNG over the coming days and weeks. It's end game for this period in SNG's history.

I think we will all see a very different story unravel if the trial results are positive. Government need this and will shout very loud about it.

They do not ‘know’ it works. The trial needs to show that it works. I know it’s not what we want to hear but in truth our government isn’t going to add several billion to the market cap of SNG by talking it up based on a few score patients so far in published trials.

I want it to work. You want it to work. The government and other governments need it to work. Proven efficacy will drive its own agenda.

Like Neocantus I have declined to buy a house following a survey. Boy was that a tough decision. Many years ago now and it was the right call.

At no point have I ever been so mind numbingly naive to think that I should use that experience as a comparative for the sale of potentially £billions of assets by a mining exploration company.
