I didnt say they don't have funding to start drilling. I suggest we don't know if they do because they haven't produced a drill plan that shows this. People are talking about 8p/12p to the moon. OK WSBN show us the plan.

Intention to drill Q3 is not a plan to drill Q3.

Needs RNS confirming drill and detail on funding of that.

No trades over £10k with the vast majority of trades below £1k. That includes the AQUIS exchange where it is true that all of the larger (£5k to £10k) trades have come through.

With the SP and market cap so low it only takes a few medium sized trades to shift the SP quite dramatically. It's why a lot of folk are invested and it's being traded. What changed this week is that someone has been prepared to invest a few 100k over a couple of days (probably sold half of that by now). To a cynic it could appear to look like someone trying to get the SP up for a placing. The longer it goes on the more likely we are to ditch these gains without news.

WSBN need to tell us what's happening this year now.

2022 drilling started early June.

Is it imminent? Where does it say that?

I'm happy with the speculation as it's allowed the SP to come off it's oversold position but 'imminent' isn't in evidence.

They need to get a move on with that drilling. The thing holding this back is that we just don't know what the plan is for that. Yes it's oversold and it really doesnt take much to move this SP but to get volume now we need a plan.

All that potential is nothing if they can't move some dirt to find it.

That was a very concerted effort to get the SP moving over the last couple of days..

Are they down B&Q getting that black Black and Decker drill kit out..... or will we see something more significant?

Blimey. The last time I bought WSBN it was at 2.89p. I had forgotten. I now see that I also bought them previously at over 10p and had forgotten that too. What a crazy moment that must have been!!

Bid moving up again.

It's hard not be cynical.

Could just be oversold - which it is IMHO. Traders getting in ahead of inevitable rise when drilling is announced.

Could be coordinated effort to get the SP up for fund raise to pay for drilling.

Hard to trust the CEO. He actually said something along the lines of - I think we will be able to get the SP up to get a fund raise - in a presentation last year. I found that quite a strange thing for a CEO to say.

However, enjoying my investment looking like it has a some value again. Need another 50% please.

I had not even heard of the AQUIS exchange until yesterday. Amazing over time that we find out we know so little and learn so much.... thanks often to these message boards.

It is indeed the case that there is concerted buying of WSBN on the AQUIS exchange. and the values are higher than those seen on the London exchange. There has to be a reason for this.

Looks like the largest buy today was £1000. So lot of small buys got this momentum today. Smell like something but not a leak. I will however be checking for an RNS in the morning...

Has RP been talking down the pub again?

Based on what we know for sure the target spud is at least 6 weeks away (September). Until we get close to that there isn't really anything else to drive the SP. It's true that in the past we have had a better price for the position we are currently in but this is this time and there isn't a lot of de risking news to come that is not priced in.

I'm relaxed. Should I get funds from elsewhere there may be a chance to top up but other than that I'm not sure why we have the constant commentary on the SP. It should get more interesting when we get closer to spud but that's a week or days not this.

Dai. Great advice. Try to buy some that you deliberately intend to sell before results. Not easy to do but a lot of people will have topped up under 6p. I'm one of them. I'll sell some not all. It's what most investors do. Probably need to get burned at least once before we realise it's a good plan.

HappyDazes. I know. What I see is plenty of liquidity - sellers and buyers. Weeks ahead of spud it exactly what I would expect to see.

Why anyone would think that the vast majority of traders wait until bid falls to sell I really don't understand. If the MM's needed shares they would increase the bid.

Probably all computerised too.
