They won't IMO talk about a second drill at this stage. If the first drill goes well they open up a whole new world in terms of funding. If it goes OK but not a discovery and that suggests further drilling then I would expect to hear about it then. Certainly owning your own drill makes it more manageable but they need to maintain that drill and hire crews to use it.

Agree that many of us are not going to sell anything at these level. Seems to me that there is quite a long time still between now and spud so we can expect a lot of volatility. Nothing to worry about if the SP fluctuates even quite violently for now. Expect peaks to be passed more frequently as we head into news and a timetable is finally set for spud.

I do feel for the 6.94 trade. I reckon its a 9.64 trade that that's showing up wrong rather than a finger fumble resulting in a 6.94 trade. I won't sleep not knowing.

Profit Jock. How many trades/buys at that price? I think the reaction you got was because it was an immaterial number of trades.

Your clumsy de ramp would have looked better if you just focussed on the fact that profit taking is likely. We can all agree on that. But silly parameters shows you up.

Seriously doubt we see 7's again before spud, unless there is a significant delay or bad news.

Profit taking normal of course but if it hit 10p+ more than 6 weeks ahead of spud it has plenty of momentum to get above 10p and stay there pretty soon.

Defo not selling in the short term. Plenty of road for this to move up a lot until spud. If the SP retraces in the coming weeks ahead of SPUD I could be tempted to top up.

Holding isn't the question for me. It's how much to hold. If we get a duster and then Noble get a duster the SP is going to sink a heck of a lot. It isn't guaranteed that there will be enough optimism to get the SP back up for a 2nd, 3rd etc drill.

Anything that isn't a commercial discovery or on the path to that is going to half or more the SP. I can see me selling half after spud before results and then putting some of that back in depending on how things look.

Mentally I'm already sold on not keeping my full investment in for drill results. I'm prepared to accept if there was a discovery I might have potentially made more money but that's risk management for me.

Leyser. Big lesson for me over last few years is the need to get to a position before an event where you are in profit and can sell some but not all. I want this to succeed and will keep some shares for the potential discovery but will sell a load before then otherwise it's just too risky.

Most of bigger my losses in AIM have at some point been in big profit and then held too long.

The old adage of selling half is a very good starting point for new investors.

There is literally an update from the CEO today where it is clear that HE1 is fully funded for this drill. Of course they may seek to raise funds after depending on how that goes but before spud!!! Rollocks.

Everyone can see this get to 20p for spud. It just has a good energy now and the backing of excellent news. It's just very certain now that we will drill. So if there is going to be a spud now is the time to get in and be around for the 20s.

Strong volume now. Especially for a lunch time. Bodes well for holding these gains.

Cybertron. Me too. Would really like to see an up to date broker report.

Plumbs. I think it's really hard to know. Overall AIM market just doesn't have the level of interest it did 2 years ago but occasionally there is a company that hits the sweet spot with it's potential. Some talk of HE1 being the AIM share of 2023. It looks good for gains from here.

We could do with a new broker report and some director buys now.

It is true. Our position now is far more favourable than it has been at any point since the last drill. By far.

~I think very simply that the rectification notice had a deadline of close of play on Friday.

Interesting though that they clearly preferred the SOFORI rig otherwise we wouldn't be here now.
