Home ownership is up.

Not sure why so many people look down and sneer on renters. Nothing wrong with renting a home. Around 60% of all people in Switzerland rent their house, and it is just about the richest major country on Earth.

Average weekly hours worked by full-time UK employees have plunged from 45hrs in 1950 to 40hrs in 1980 and 36hrs in 2022. Old people worked much harder, back in the day.

UK house ownership by adults has risen from 15% in 1922 to 50% in 1972, and from 63% in 2017 to 65% in 2022. The longrun home-ownership trend is up.

What's more, average housing costs have not really changed since the last century. They remain around 20-50% of wages, depending on the region.

Finally, there is nothing wrong with renting. Half of Germany rents their home. Germany's economy is +20% richer than the UK.

A nice slogan... But not really true, in UK reality.

UK is one of the poorest countries in the entire industrialized world. The Economist magazine this week says the UK now is as relatively poor to the US as Poland is to the UK. Nine of the 10 poorest regions in Northern Europe are in the UK. Over 1 in 2 of all UK households are on state benefits. The bloated UK state is fast approaching half the entire economy. Tax rates for any vaguely successful employees top 50% and the state snatches over half your money.

Hard work in the UK achieves far less than you think.

Some charts are suggesting LLOY might "bowl" up to the 47-50p range in the next few weeks. There is a mini-rally underway (for now), up nearly +10% in a month. Dyor, etc.

This was yet another big win for Boris. His MP popularity has gone up, from 51% of the democratic vote in 2019 to 59% in 2022.

Thoughts will turn now to 2024. Boris is teeing it up nicely for some big tax cuts and handouts for hardworking families next year.

It is important to deal in facts, not emotional hysteria.

Boris keeps on winning every major democratic vote.

2019 Tory MP vote = 51%
2022 Tory MP vote = 59%

Based on the current trend, Boris is on track for a 65-70% win by 2025.

Boris won 51% of the Tory vote in 2019.
Boris won 59% of the vote in 2022.

Boris is getting more popular.

Time now to move on and focus on 2024 / 2025.

With some big tax cuts and a good slogan, Boris is on track to keep the Tories in power until the 2030s!

The latest poll, this afternoon, suggests Boris will win 60-70% of tonight's vote, with a clear victory.

Boris is bravely facing down wave after wave of bitter Remainers and communist unions who struggle to face reality and accept he beat them and won the vote and the democratic will of the British people. Not to mention his bravery on Ukraine.

Boris is like a blend of Maggie and Churchill.

Latest bookie odds, this lunchtime, place Boris as a near-certain 1/5 favourite to win this evening's vote.

This all looks like yet another bout of tiresome artificial hysteria.

Boris will win (again).

Bitter Remainers will never give up until they get rid of Boris.

Britain has the most famous, most popular, and most profitable Royal Family on Earth. They attract billions of worldwide tourism cash exports for the UK taxpayer and sprinkle stardust on London, Scotland and elsewhere. They also head-up the largest commonwealth of states that global mankind has ever known.

It is important not to get consumed by envy or feelings of personal failure.

Someone will always be at the top. It is how the human world has evolved (with great success).
