Levi should have kept this private with pre ipo products and he would have a company with a $50m price tag, the $30/40m developing products which don't appear to have any traction despite years of trying to sell them, then altering them and not selling again.

2m shares, 1m portfolio assets, 1m cash, 50% discount to nav, share price = 50p.

Use cash to buy 500k shares at 50p £250k.

Now 1.5m shares, 1m portfolio and 750k cash = 1.750m. If 50% discount still share price = 58p.

Had a holding in Arix where the cash was most of the nav, the discount didnt budge much with buybacks, only really moved on a bid.

Very simple stuff. Someone has pointed to the absolutely massive market opportunity, you just have to then align this against ENET and the current market leaders.

What is it about facts you don’t respond to with a counter argument rather than childish slurs.

In telco tech with single companies spending $bns in R&D with a history of ROI, having the best and brightest engineers from the leading US universities rather than someone about to be called up, $bns on the balance sheet to take a very long term view rather than the next bought ledger run, established and trusted relationship of supply rather than a history of cancelled contracts, the best sales / markets and channel / OEM management rather than one part timer, gartner / forrester reports providing customers independent detail on offerings and strategic direction...

ENET's leadership in switching and XPON ?

There are two sides to a balance sheet, reducing cash and equity but should be accretive as cash is effectively used to buy assets at a large discount.

Nothing to do with "belt tightening", it's about the growth and development of investments.

Getting on for half way in h2 and 3/4 the full year and the two contracts Enet teased about (tarana new orders, uep2025 development) not contracted.

Without this news and some absolutely terrible half year numbers I can see bergen exercising at 0.1. A puff piece forward looking statement on how well positioned Enet is simply will not cut it.

As usual Enet far too deluded / optimistic on the weighting and timing of their pipeline to contract.

Hope for an rns in the very near future.

Must say impressed with the management team here. They seem to execute against key kpis which hit the top and bottom line.

Good thing seems to be kpis at the end of six months still show growth vs start of the six months.

Buybacks where there is a massive discount to NAV should / can have a massive multiplier impact if the discount narrows. I would rather have buybacks as I don’t see this as an income stock, and invest in income stocks for this purpose.

A portfolio of high margin, repeatable revenue in the $35m range would have this valued at £250-400m.

I would caution to look at all of the boards past statements where their forecasting is abysmal - the chair and the board have probably done the worse job on aim. I would have rather has a more short term view on cash rather than one in the sky stuff.

As usual just keeping it factual from the results will be excellent fans show progress on all fronts.

The move from 1p to .5p and then down to .3p (where most on here have bought at the higher levels when the shares were cheap) where the market cap has stated static mirrors the dilution effect.

I have seen too many forward looking statements from DL not to get too excited. The forward look needs to show a path of cash sustainability.

Magna - of all of the results fronts I can think off the progress will be backward, which ones were you thinking of ?

Firstly numbers for 3-9 months ago can hardly be described as prehistoric.

Numbers are more than the p&l which we know will be a complete mess (but has key indicators of cost per month, run rate royalties), balance sheet metrics are more important (cash, have they bought tarana stock, have they received cash for their 80% plus written off debtor balance).

Duster. If you remember a private investor had to step in to provide legal advice during TSP when Bergen exercised (and agreed by enet) incorrectly, I don't think investace has much to worry about.

Remember the cfo stating UK investors didn't understand tech, and there was massive, massive demand from US investors for ENET hence the expensive and useless listing.

Dust - you need to take into account the open ended Bergen issuance, the movement of the last few days bringing their price down.
