We need to know what the monthly run rate is for Tarana at the 70 odd % margin is. The hopefully next order should narrow this down, but a run rate of $150-200k revenue isnt going to support the cost base with the other business streams we are aware off.

Key takeaway from me is, like a lot of engineering / deep science companies, they have a scepticism of really professional marketing and sales and dont see the value in it. In particular go to market / channel management seems unfocused both in end user market and partner selection.

Strategic focus seems spot on with the addressable markets

- PFAS, $3m in 2025, really against that TAM, is that it ? Would rather a focus on a sub market rather than the scattergun they have at the moment touching everything but not really getting anywhere.

- EOR, seems like a no brainer from an ROI perspective. Not sure they are know who the named "customers" / decision makers / purse string holders are in target companies.

Agree with NS on the other board, this company should be massive.

PATT again talking complete and utter tosh on advfn again, this time on the wrong side.

- Tarana havent bought anything as they bought an absolute tonne of stock last year to protect themselves, probably based on a Tarana best case sales forecast which hasnt materialised. If you are Tarana looking to grow exponentially the very, very worst situation is a stock out due to a dodgy component supplier vs the small cost of stock holding.

- You simply cannot just copy code or even the general design, nothing to do with patent coverage. A redesign in IT when you have a working product (and the element is a relatively small % of your cost) is the absolute height of stupidity.

- You need to RNS if your largest customer has told you where to go, in the same way that if they had bought in q1-3 they would need to rns it.

- Tarana would be contractually covered by escrow arrangements.

I cant understand anyone believing 100% PATTs posts.

It does seem the basic commercial and financial discipline completely absent from the old CFO and Chair but with the current are starting to bear some fruit.

As usual EBITDA can be a pretty "dodgy" measure, lets hope the other KPIs are also representative of a turnaround.

Whats your view on the NRE contract of c $3m and the value (and implied runrate) from ant Tarana order ? Why do you believe the company was silent on the two biggest opportunities they flagged less than 6 months ago ?

If you dont have a response I cant see on what basis you are making any decision on ENET.

The problem in a nutshell.

Forget all the 2025 stuff, its where the cash is coming from from a dismal balance sheet further stripped in Q3.

There was no update from the 19th April final results from contracts they appeared to have 100% clarity on

1) Tarana "anticipates placing new orders through the whole of H2".

2) EXPECTS to secure $2.2-3m REVENUE in 2024 from NRE which was also heavily trailed on the investigative finance journalist site proactive

These are quite simply the two most important issues investors want to hear about and absolutely dominate the year end financial position, but absolutely zero, not even half a line ?

Eternity is granted the parent rights of has applied for. Ownership passes to receivers who sell to the highest bidder, which will be the person who understands.and can exploit them.

Standard practice is that the employment contract between employee and employer means the employee owns any developed IP. Okay for a big company where there are specialist hr and ip lawyers, in a small.company all.up for grabs.

Next - where is the tarana order?

Swanny - I wouldn’t go that far, it was on the Sunday roast podcast I think. But it does show probably a lack of understanding of pipeline management and forecasting - it does seem that one big deal has a massive influence.

Felt a slight change of emphasis from prior interviews after a half year which didn't match their goals, if you have a business portfolio reliant on a couple of big deals of you have to weight your forecast on the conservative side otherwise you loose credibility - as shown in the share price.

For Angus to forget his "knock it out the park" remark shows a lack of integrity, just hold your hands up.

Did seem confident of large deals, now in q4, but clearly have had issues understanding customer approval cycles / process and the ability of sales to provide an ROI based solution. Hopefully an large order will have this rerated.

What a state the BOD have let this get to.

As before, a controlling shareholder can take a less of an immediate gain by forcing the share price to a price point for a much, much larger later gain.

Any some seem to believe they are with holding price sensitive information during this period ?

If only SOH was as good at operational execution as he was at strategising….

I don't really forecast share price, just sets of circumstances that might happen based on what we do and don't know.

I think I said a while go this could be zero or 5p although these change proportionally with massive dilution of the same market cap.

Current thoughts.

1. They have had the interim lines up for some time (a.company this size even with notes is about a days work with modern systems, if that). They will be a terrible but key is they will provide the months cash runway and ability to fund tarana working capital.

2. Hopefully they have been waiting for a deal to boost the share price before interim and doesn't give Bergen yet another step down to 0.1p.

3. As they said they don't do, but always do, they work on custom developments (which have zero value elsewhere) at their own risk, in the last we have seen they have a very low weighting of success. The hope is a deal in this area comes in with a 100% margin cash milestone.

Just to confirm for tricky. I have worked with people of great integrity, knowledge .and professionalism my whole life.and expect the same of others. So yes, a little pi##ed off with a BOD of zero integrity.

Interesting news yesterday on the scrapping of cost disclosure rules, seemingly has held back private equity investment trusts in wealth managers which are on slightly less of a discount than IPO.

Hopefully might be one factor in discount tightening.

Really not arrogant enough to believe anything I say could influence the share price - this is up to ENET, it's board and management team.

I do rather enjoy pointing out the factual inaccuracies and nursery school business / tech knowledge here and advfn - this does seem to upset a few with very fragile egos here.

For the last 3/4 years DL has always thought "the" deal was just around the corner and the dilution was worth it, shares in issue now 10x.

The proactive interview forgetting what the focus was on in the last one as.Nothing has happened, now pivoting to asics just a joke.

They said they had learnt from spending $ms on customer specific work without a contract, as with the last contract they are backed into a corner where they have to. The last contract I expect was massively loss making, but had to be done to cover a proportion of cost.

I've said it before the two worst traits in a businessman are being deluded and arrogant, DL "we know more than anyone else in telecoms" has both in spades.

I think a lot of sellers to crystallise some massive capital gains before the budget

Unfortunately with the structure of this deal it is not bare minimum.
