I always keep in factual (with the odd little quip here and there). Amazingly I never tend to get factual responses back and when I do I try to answer them. I try to keep a balance but ENET history is very one sided.

Clearly ENET living hand to mouth on a monthly basis with this cash raise so quickly after the last.

Where is all this rubbish about NASA contracts coming from ? Firstly NASA is not “volume” and doesn’t deal in the volume of LEOs etc, second you do not contract with NASA as a sh@@@y little company like ENET.

When you keep a chairman, CEO and have a bought ledger clerk as a CFO who have all been completely useless forever, the best guide to future performance is past performance.

Anyway hope this has finally put to bed PATT on advfn with his idiotic attempts on unit prices and constant sales through 2024 on Tarana.

Interims will be an absolute mess.

It really is good job the nhs allows Velcro as some must have difficulties with laces.

You cannot extrapolate the 5k in one rns to others with completely different variables and dates. Stating it every two days doesn't make it correct.

AIM disclosure rules on price sensitive information are very, very clear. ENET receiving and delivering against run rate orders in H1 is price sensitive, I think a 0.5-0.75 impact as it underwrites monthly opex and cash.

There are no h1 orders, as they have stated themselves.

Remember after TSP exit with the predictions a flood of contracts were on tables just waiting to be signed.

ENET is a company with a cost base of c $3.5-$4m and needs to clear that in gross margin. ENET had little contracted backlog and ongoing royalties (C $1.5-2m a year ????). Two "effectively" 100% margin contracts for a combined $1.25m (although the largest isnt a contract in accounting terms) with no revenue / cash ytd, 5 months plus from the 28th March RNS hinting of the $2.2-$3m with no news. Statements of Tarana orders in H2 (specifically omitting any mention of H1 orders) and we are 1/3rd through H2.

Outside the P&L / gross margin the cash used for "working capital" we cannot see has been used for working capital, and further need for cash.

News needs to come soon.

Be interesting to see what their net cash position (and net assets) is - as well as free cash flow. This should cover a substantial element of their market cap.

Well - its not been certainly not been hot 1st Jan - 5th Sept with literally a few hundred k of completed contracts, hope the royalties / small ongoing support deals are flowing as I cant see what else is.

Mickey - sincerely hope ENET does get a blockbuster order for both new units, and an estate sw upgrade from a customer anyone would want to be associated with. Having problems, without the second, how ENET has the cash capacity for working capital for the first though - with the RNS earlier this week needing resolution.

On the first RNS on go to market strategy, this is something that really shouldn't be new.

On the second RNS, a very, very selective use of specific KPIs.

Have bought recently above 40 before this went into the 30s - the cash, the listed elements of the portfolio, the garrison cash should put a line under the share price.

Interesting looking at GROW recently and the movement in their share price, AUG slightly similar but back down again recently - all using similar valuation metrics and similar stages of company development but discount to NAV nowhere near IPO, and no where near IPO if you strip out cash.

1. Always be careful of posters using “we” when they refer to a company they are investors in, you are not an employee.

2. You simply cannot know the monthly run rate utilisation by tarana (both into, through and out of their supply chain) in a period without knowing the opening / closing balances (component and finished goods) additions and sales. Thinking you do guessing all four numbers shows a complete lack of any, any understanding.

If you are a contract manager at a customer (where you are part of a chain with embedded IP), the risk premium you will associate with ENET being an Israeli company is about 1% of ENET "being ENET".

Even when an RNS states a contract clause is perfunctory, you realise this is ENET and the management team will not have done the basic due diligence and looked at the % risk either at the time or on a regular basis.

Key issue is cash flow with the bookkeeper CFO having this in the models with no mitigation, only worrying Friday close.

Hull, yes there is a difference.

Revenue for the half year between £700k - 1200k (no tarana unit sales), very high margins as royalties but lots of red, terrible balance sheet. They need a positive rns pre half year release to take this up to or beyond 0.8, without it drops to 0.3.

After you stated the interim would be "wonderful reading" I asked for additional clarification based on what we know from rnss as I'm a curious sort.

Now lets run through your questions.

- Firstly your question should be constantly higher costs than revenue and poor working capital management, and companies do survive with little revenue with poor financing deals.and massive dilution - as ENET has proved.

- That's because it's not a loan, and the arrangement has incredible margins due to the lack of ENET options for new tech to believe the risk is worth it. It's a rinse and repeat.

- That's because its not a prestigious award.

- The US companies are customers, they are not "financially involved" which would infer shareholders. They have a licence arrangement with no effectively delivery required by ENET.

Not really sure what you are expecting from the interims. Effectively zero backlog and no orders with h1 revenue,.cash going out the door on a monthly basis ?

As with the other contracts these are customers protecting themselves. Tarana held large stocks and didn't need to order at all, and certainly not in volume rather than a monthly run rate. They are using existing stock in addition to the current order.

Must say I am a little surprised no orders, although as I have repeated I am knowledgeable enough to realise we don't have the data.

There is quite a level of stock ( components.and finished product at tarana, distributors and the end users) which I thought would be x 2 months revenue, add a further month.from.tarana order.to enet delivery about three months required from tarana for end user demand.

When they state.there will be further orders in h2, and idiots state they have been delivering but can't release due to an ipo are talking rubbish.

On advfn our friend agrees to $200 a unit in the morning and uses $300 a unit in the afternoon. And it not revenue to enet, it was revenue to enet.

As.I have said a decent order will have a rise even if out of relief, with the market basically now traders and Bergen there is a need for ENET to show itself as a " sensible" company standing on its own two feet.
