Unfortunately the share price does represent just how badly the core business of developing a branded premium drinks business has been managed.

The share price is a direct statement on the quality and performance of the management and BOD.

Private businesses are hard to value currently, all PE inv trusts on massive discounts. The £40m simply just plucked from thin air with zero backing.

My daughter works for Nectar 360, they utilise the massive amount of data to help fmcg companies understand their customers, create marketing strategies and plans.

Having talked with her regularly and then looking at the investor comms from Distil over the years Distil really are stuck in the dark ages on branding, price points, social media use, go to market....well everything really. Seems to be run as a pension top up by the "exec chair".

Without doubt the worst RNS from a management team / board I have ever seen. do they actually do any work these days, plan, execute, manage, deliver........

1. Nothing to do with us, all external factors.

2. Zero, absolute zero mitigation and action.

Originally tarana seen as looking at the under served areas, think their options maybe better (as well as volume unit sales) in more urban areas.

On the deal today, a royalty deal with an existing customer is not as risky to the customer as a non royalty deal. A supplier going into receivership does not undermine this contract just who it is payable to, customer will have access to source code with an escrow clause.

Fred, to me looks like the work is already complete and ENET worked at risk so I would have thought relatively instant cash in the bank. Really havent a clue where they are on cash and the use of the 800k, I thought this would be for Tarana Chips at the time but this has now been some time.

Key issue with NHS is 1. the working capital requirement for stock and debtors especially on slimmer margins 2. The admin cost and headcount of dealing with such an organisation with local / central purchasing

Firstly the company is responding to market demand, set by legislation, by providing a service. It does not set legislation.

Yes, lets have a rave with one exit down a tunnel with steep stairs and fireworks. Lets have a few more Hillsboroughs and Bradfords.

Been completely mucked about trying to transfer investment trusts form the old Aberdeen share plan. What a complete bunch of amateurs, don’t know their a### from their elbow. Even after a formal complaint just useless, financial ombudsman it is.

Trickey- even with the issued shares the LSE market cap is completely wrong (again). Even if it were correct it is meaningless due to dilution and further issuance giving MC of c£4-5m. For zero revenue in the first seven months, the slow summer in august, a backlog of c £0.8m, a cost base which must have eaten cash reserves by now this and the most importantly the least credible management team and board ever assembled for a public company this is more than fair.

Tarana contract with quick cash margin return urgently required.

Relatively small initial holding bought here at c 40p. Amount of cash, discount to nav, garrison sale, buybacks from last results seem to make this a buy.

After the close ont rns should put a boost in as well.

The key question now is whether they can pay the July salary bill, I can't see how They are not down to Perth cash levels.

They need a tarana order now, a quick stock turnaound and tarana to be very generous on payment terms (or knowing early ENET 10% discount for early payment) in Q3.

The 800k 100% earmarked for working capital I don't thing has been ring fenced.

The use of the word interesting by someone called out at the worked leading pon expert (she's not as she would be working for a company) doesn't give great confidence.

"Great", "ahead of its time", "unique in a growing market", "massive potential", "gives customers massive options, cost savings, advantages"......but we have interesting.

UEP2025 is not a "new" product, its an evolution from tweaking ENET products which again didn't sell a bean (RNS feb 2022 with the classic line "pre ordering is currently available to secure delivery"). The fact that the notification of a potential award was for further customer R&D support shows this is not an off the shelf / plug and play and not market ready.

Over that period of time from feb 22 the sales focus is on the easy sell - the low hanging fruit which has been unsucessful, as you go further down the list it is a harder sell with less ROI / compatibility / synergy etc.

In this arena, 45 judges across 19 categories I assure you cannot be experts.

Kunstler and Tevett will have had nothing to do with the product development in the time they have been with ENET.

The sales process is 6-24 months involving thousands of individual customer interactions with many individuals all with their own agendas per opportunity - a professional sales director manages this interaction. with key stakeholders and decision makers.

A few here seem to think Ilan rocks up at the conference bar, Julie in tow, with a board unit and contract ready for signature.

Mickey - you really, really don't understand the sales process here, and how marketing backs this up.

So what is the possible immediate positive DIRECTLY from this event ?

Unfortunately these sort of "awards" really are ten a penny - the tech equivalent of the North Norfolk trainee estate agent of the year.

Conference organisers do not have capability to make these judgements - and surprise, surprise awards are given to those who have "helped" out.

I did ask at the time that I couldn't understand the market / sales strategy in sponsoring the event whilst they were living off crumbs - there is a very key set of decision makers that ENET needs to cultivate and a general sponsorship is not the way of doing it.

Gartner / Forrester are the ones that count.
