Fred - a few permutations.

1. Just the unit price is low, Tarana bought 18 months to be on the safe side, order coming (doubtful ENET has working capital to fulfill).

2. Tarana doesn't want a massive red flag risk in their IPO document and between them they have agreed to sell IP.

3. The contract model has changed to a royalty based, this means tarana don't need to order 2-3 months before use.

4. Tarana have redesigned their whole unit around either an internally developed or bought in soc. the lack of any indication in the interims was just strange.

The problem is with ENET s finances they are the supplier from hell.for tarana.

As betting man I would go either 1 or 3.

I can't see ENET getting yet another funding round out so maybe 2.

Then again if I were Tarana I wouldn't want to be associated with ENET so maybe 4.

You firstly stated the auditors signed off the interims, then later they were unaudited which they are.

So the inclusion and proviso "raise funds" means they are not fully funded.

SOHs base salary and overall renumeration is simply a complete and total joke against what he has and is delivering, he really should be ashamed to see the cr in his bank account every month.

Another positive update, Q3 is always a quiet quarter so hopefully a bumper q4 to look forward to. As usual caveats with "orders", a ARR growth is a better measure.

Sterling strength on costs might be a drag though.

Thought this might stick in the 17-20 range so a nice uptick past there.

Firstly additional follow on orders from Tarana which have yet to appear to date. I assume this is due to you all being far, far too optimistic and not understanding the potential risks within what the customer has told you. With working capital required for Tarana there is a clear worry your current financial position cannot support any contracts that may appear.

Secondly absolute silence on the “expects to secure $2.2-3m for 2024 revenue” which was also trailed on proactive. I assume, as usual, you have failed to move this forward on this.

The silence in the recent update is telling. An update to stop new tech buying at 0.1p is required.

Aerospace customers are in fact the least likely to gamble. Having code embedded in a product from Israel is neither here nor there.

You can't just switch suppliers as the whole system needs to be retested end to end, you can't just copy ENET code.

ENET are very probably at the point of not being able to support the working capital requirements of a Tarana order.

They should move to a royalty contract here with Tarana buying chips direct, a large volume prepay is required (no doubt with DL dropping his pants on price).

On the $2-3m on the UEP 2025. The issue a company in the state ENET is in is customers want to see a finished solution before providing any sort of contract. As usual DL will have been working completely at risk, and based on prior experience the customer will thank DL for all the design insight and go elsewhere.

But to present the multi bnPFAS market opportunity and then have a target of $3m clearly a lot of issues in business development, partner management, sales in getting around the right tables and providing a no brainer, compelling, couple of year roi propositions.

With sales expected to ramp sometime mid 2025 i think they are late into the market and are playing catchup.
