Firstly you can have no p and l impact from a balance sheet posting, as an example the purchase of fixed assets.
Receivables are not just from revenue, as examples this might be proceeds of legal action, sale of a subsidiary etc

I think there are probably 10 - 20 private shareholders with sizable holdings such as yours, all sitting tight. I hold 60k shares and I am just in the money but have this as a 2-3 year holding even if this goes above £1, and the biggest "risk" share in my SIPP.
I do wonder when the move comes whether the temptation to take profit will be too much ?

Out of all of my portfolio and anarchists this has the highest ratio of posts to news coming out of the company.

It can be either. The contractual terms and delivery determine revenue recognition not cash payment.
I would have thought most of the debtors are from invoices raised late in the year but yet to be paid where revenue has been taken.

The way everyone read his interview was a statement of fact with absolutely zero risk against this. As I said previously it is either 1) deliberately misstatement or 2) a complete lack of control, process and market understanding in their forecasting.
Any future utterances should be taken with a pinch, or barrow load of salt.
