Currently breakeven on this share, would like to see it it in the 15-20p range sometime next year.

As an ex fund manager who does a fund exert influence and show displeasure directly with a management team, how is this ratcheted up over a period of time?

Looking at he sis / phd stock in my local Sainsbury - retail sector notorious at pushing out payment dates.
However just further evidence the board have failed to have a strong p and l which develops a self supporting balance sheet.

Looking into aquis as a potential new holding.
Realised they had hired the loud mouth idiot buik so must seriously question their control of open.

Should have kept roughly half as "free" shares.
As well as ENET one of my two large "risk" holdings with a long term hold which I am not touching or trading, occasionally adding on dips.

Amazing how the share price is moving on non biblically held information.

This is simply reward for failure.
Share options are the cream on the remuneration cake after base salary, bonus etc - they should be paid for exceptional performance and not taken as a given.
No problem with and extension at previous prices but at this low level just a joke, succeed and they win / succeed if they fail.

Yes - the first quarter with complete vindication of the business model.

Yes - I was really surprised that they got the placing out without a discount. Share price what the market thinks of the management

I think we need to see delivery from this company rather than just promises, otherwise why take the risk (both company and macro economic). I think this will fly once the risk is gone.

Hi Steve, was talking about the rise the day before the announcement.

No idea on revenue, of more interest is the margin and contribution to the fixed cost base

I think the end result will be takeover by a company who understands the value inherent in company.
The key directors are wealthy men with no need for cash in the short or medium term, just a real focus on building the IP and value irrespective of the share price.
The level of director shareholding provides a more long term view.

The issue for me here, if they have a great backlog etc why the capacity to go after non core, non strategic, non IP work.
Ventilators are a short term distraction.
