What's worrying here is the impact on business - no purchaser wants to deal with a company with enet s trading history and balance sheet even if they put ip into escrow.

- they still have a hybrid aas and perpetual revenue, as well as professional services
- some of the revenue will be from orders late in the six months, so will not be six months worth of revenue so ARR should be larger
- they could provide contracted backlog and periods over which it is recognised

Rennie - totally agree. I am a qualified accountant and an emea fd in the software sector.
Totally amateurish and a real worry that when they are a sizable company having poor control and process.

The best way forward for this miniscule amount of money would be a director loan (don't tell me they can't afford it) at say 5% with possibly an option to convert at 25/30p over 18 months.

Anything from no 10 should be treated with a pinch of salt, they announce anything for a headline. Just look at the state of Johnson, despite nearly dying he has put all the weight back on he lost in intensive care - he has no self control and wouldn't pass a doughnut like he wouldn't pass a blonde.
This government is dismantling food standards and couldn't care as you say about the average Joe, this despite the cost on the nhs. Big food businesses have far too much monopolistic power.
Market is with the middle class who care about what they eat and health, not the mass market.

Tracy / dallo - thanks for your post. I have c 70k shares between an isa and sipp and down 50%, one of a couple of risk shares I have (kromek, cns, opti) the others.
I too have bought in drips and still adding, as you say the IP is worth multiples of the current share price.
I also believe very few shares in circulation with few, if any, forced or capitulation sellers. I am a long term holder until retirement which is 5 years away.

Surprised the share price hasn't increased more. Very prudently run company, good update and strong potential for the rest of the year.
Still loss making on my holding and was worried a year ago the company had lost its way and couldn't compete with the buying strength of the supermarkets - hopefully in profit soon.

After 2 years now back in the black, will hold for a while now.
Directors will be laughing with their repriced options. With the report showing the market is there they actually need to deliver big time with no more jam tomorrow excuses, I believe this will be juniper led.

Anybody know what the report actually says (it’s a bit expensive) as it contains a competitive assessment. Must say that forrester and gartner are The reports most purchasers lean too.

One reason I was thinking about was the valuations of similar companies in the report, U.S. sofware companies (especially saas) are on ludicrous valuations and maybe cns seen as a real outlier.

Dave - what brand would you sell. Redleg has the real value at the moment, but would massively reduce revenue?
Overall good numbers, a prudently run company. Only worry if the fickle nature of the market and with companies chasing the next trend (gin then rum) with brand saturation.

This looks like an s&r research report. Looking at other ddos reports cns is not usually featured as a supplier as very American centric.
I have not viewed detail which provides competitive assessments.
