Pure speculation without real foundation. History does show this team is great at building an IP led company attractive to takeover.

It is a very important area on reporting - options should disclose for general management information so shareholders can "recalculate" revenue and adjust for one offs.

Do options have any prepayment type royalty contracts and how are these accounted for. Such a contract would be for say a payment of $100k for a defined price volume to be consumed over say 2 years. The customer pays upfront, there is no recourse to repay if the volume is not used after2 years and further payments are required on overuse.
How is revenue accounted for upfront or on drawdown?

F###### woodford, has completely screwed a lot of companies where he was a shareholder. Am a holder of mercia and draper, together arix appear well run by professional not like a complete amateur woodford in this space.
