This has held up okay on other ftse down days and now seems disproportionately down. Have I missed a negative court delay or something?

Never have I witnessed such a dour ceo as we have here. A proper eyeore… moans on about 2% drops here and 4% drops there. Before briefly mentioning that they are achieving 50% better prices!! Then goes on to say they expect that will pull back…. Such negativity over such positive trading.

It’s as if they dare not be bullish else we ask for more than a 0.0001% dividend.

A CEO should have at least some element of risk taking and bullishness about the company.

What would it take for them to say. “You know what, it’s going pretty well here”?

Was there a 30th of June deadline relating to Utah? Seem to remember? How critical is this? Will we hear either way or will silence tell us it has not been met?

Another fine example of what happens when Duncan opens his mouth. OF probably only meant to discuss the weather but after 30mins of hearing Duncan talk about cumulus clouds decided it was best for everyone if they got their £13m quid back ASAP.

Having always been pretty sure that Admin is game over for shareholders this does appear less clear? Is it possible that it can come back out again with same management and owners (you the shareholders) as before?

Have to say it seems extreme behavior by Oxford Finance.

Why didn't the board spring a placing when the price was at 40p or so. Would have raised enough to keep Oxford happy and although at the time would have annoyed shareholders in hindsight it would have been better than now.

Problem was/is that the cash burn vs the foreseeable time until significant revenue did not stck up.... Even for a small cap pharma.

You are right that our plan was to provide quarterly updates, to keep investors up to date without putting out too many announcements which risk reducing the value/impact of the more important announcements, which is a difficult balance to manage for a small AIM company.

At the moment we haven’t got a fixed date or schedule agreed with our Nomad (they are insistent that we avoid giving a running commentary every month, which benefits traders at the expense of longer term investors), but given that we are now very close to the end of our financial year, it is most likely that we’ll synchronise any updates with the financial calendar. With a June year end that would suggest a post year-end update once we have full June management accounts in late July, although the exact timing may also depend on whether other things we are working on are close to announcement.

Q1 22 sales X 4 equals same as 2022. Has revenue plateaued?

If this doesn’t push the sp significantly higher I will be a more confident buyer in next few days.

100% Computer. It’s like a shop that keeps telling us about the great stock it’s buying to sell but never tells us it’s sold any…. Hence why they keep needing finance to buy more stock.

Well I’m out and instantly feel so much better. Also going to remove from my watchlist so I never consider it again.

How do they go from 30% to 51% without having to make a mandatory bid for the rest of the business? I thought the 30% trigger was to protect shareholders from becoming minority without an option to sell in an all share offer?

Not necessarily a bad thing having owners with so much skin in the game but definitely has pros and cons

Firstly regarding "Babysitting"... It is not babysitting to give regular updates on tangible progress when in a growth phase of a business. Especially shortly after a shareprice destructive raise. I am not asking for weekly updates on what they had for lunch and to confirm that they have had some excel training but assuming there have been some more significant developments since last time we heard I think they should be letting us know - even if bad news or a revised timescale to closure etc.

I have emailed IR and no response - A few on here have recommended texting or emailing Nigel Burton directly which I will do but shows how broken they are if the address for IR gets you nothing but a text to a director gets answers.

This board is exactly the forum to vent frustrations and hopefully get fellow investor agreement (creating a consensus to apply pressure to the company) or constructive reasoned disagreement (potentially answering some of my concerns). I would agree that criticising MOS on social media etc and dragging their reputation in front of potential customers would not be great but if not the LSE chat board then where?

This is depressing. The market is reflecting the probability of a good vs bad update. What do the people making significant enough trades to reduce the sp know that we don’t?

I also agree that there is currently no need to gamble on a growth story like tgr when there is a 7.5% divi available at legal and general almost risk free.

Will I take my advise and sell and stake all in value ftse plays? Probably not but I should.

Even a positive update will likely put 15% onto the sp. Well it might be 40p by then so that would take us to 46p. Well below todays price.

Why no reassurance? Why no trading update? The boards job in part is to maintain value for shareholders which involves supporting the share price. You couldn’t get him off podcasts etc a year ago. Where is he now?

Don’t mind thi dropping in line with general market but days like today make you question…. If you see a £20kish sell later here then you can find me over at LGEN or JSE. Cheers.

I’m sorry but the MOS board is as ****e as BIDS and NAPS. You either be consistently noisy or statesman like quiet. I don’t mind Legal and General going 4 months without saying anything as that is their pattern and they have earnt my trust. This board has not and therefore needs a lot more touch points with shareholders until they have done so.

Just like at work. If I have an employee who is brilliant and dependable and high performing I might only have a 1-1 every 6-8 weeks but if I have a newish employee working their probation having already made a few costly errors but also having shown flashes of promise (and being very vocal about this when it happens) I would want a weekly 1-1 to keep on top of them and make sure they are on track….. in this analogy guess which one MOS is?

So why is it hitting lows on a fairly buoyant day in the markets... I topped up at 55p and now being offered 53.7p... all seems very cheap but I have got burn before on something appearing too good to be true... Any balanced reasons why so deflated?

Well my email to IR from a week ago has not had a reply…. Pretty disappointing to be honest.

Personally I am no longer here for the long term but am still trusting the MOS board to create a spike at some point enabling me to exit at a better price than today.

So CMC news is reporting to March 22. IG have already reported March performance and it was very positive in my opinion. 2 questions:

1. Why such a difference in fortunes between Ig and cmc performance. I buy the cmc reason for drop off as volatility was huge in 2020/2021 with loads of new entrants to trading and meme stocks being massive. So it just highlights something iG are doing really well when we haven’t logically got a reason?? Or have I missed the key difference between the 2 models?

2. Why would cmc update effect ig sentiment when we have already reported on this period and also when cmc results are in line with guidance?

IG at 670 are looking very attractive to me.
