The fact they have no debt and cash in bank did attract me during my research. I have noted the booked revenue previously but as far as I am aware its not an amount that I could consider contributes to justifying the valuation. I agree with your fundraise point, but on the AIM you never know and would depend on their expansion plans if as IM seems to suggest they want to grow the business quite substantially worldwide.

I'm not massively knowledgeable on the technical aspects of birds offering and I'm not sure on the IP value as there are normally many ways to skin a cat. If birds proposition is the panacea and the only way to skin the cat wouldn't they have been snapped up by now. On balance though I'm still confident of buying in at some point.

Thanks for those replies. I appreciate that most people are invested based on growth potential. That's true of most AIM companies. With a turnover of 1.5M that's all you can invest in.

It seems that the North America is the centre of the Universe as regards Video and the appointment of John Honeycutt, a American heavyweight in the industry is interesting. Certainly as the majority of birds turnover to date has been from the America. I wonder if dual listing may be something they are thinking about if this continues to go well.

The interims are due in September and with the summer being relatively quiet I don't suppose I'll lose to much by waiting certainly if this has the potential levels that many seem to think it has. I'll be looking for a substantial increases in turnover and profitability and some justification for the current valuation. Hopefully, I'll be shareholder in the not to distant future.

I have been watching bird for a few weeks with a view to investing. I've held back because I think the company is well over valued at the mid thirties and the growth this year seems to have been driven by director buys and news flow. Bird seem to have a great product but we don't invest in a product, we invest in the directors to run a company in a manner that enhances shareholder value. Certainly the skin in the game with regards to IM and SS is encouraging to me.

Having watched the YouTube presentation it worries me that they all seem bright boys with a great technical focus but ultimately its about selling stuff at a profit. There seems to be very little financial transparency in order/partnership values and the last financial year turnover seems pretty paltry for the number and size of clients they have had for a while.

They seem to be putting their future success in the hands of their OEM and licensing partners. I can't say I have great knowledge on the video industry but I have a feeling they should be doing better than they are.

I don't know whether to dive in now even though I think it is overvalued or wait for the next financial update. Is there anything I am missing. ?

I don't know how anyone can put a positive spin on those results. The markets have delivered a verdict 25% down. Precisely. Where the cash coming from...... they are losing bucketfuls. More fundraising.... more dilution.

Can't believe the china bashing by some posters on this board. The Chinese actually make some excellent products and every country on the planet relies on products made in china for the strength and growth of the their economies. Even Ours. !. Every poster on this board will probably have a good product made in China in their home.

The Innova test may not be up to standard and they may have engaged in misleading information. to the FDA. That's not exclusive to Chinese companies. There are numerous examples of corrupt corporate activities in western world.... many going on in front of our eyes.

China may not be everyones cup of tea and it's not mine.. what with their human rights record and treatment of Hong Kong etc. But you cannot deny they make great products and are a very successful economy and many investors here will be making money on the back of companies investing in China.. So bash Innova but not China.

My only worry is if there is further fundraising needed for further growth after the review. Keeping an eye out for that although the city seems to have had their fill of numerous fundraising activities recently.

I can't see anything wrong in 1p. Sure it's a discount but the directors are still incentivised for SP growth. Even if Mariola was to exercise 3m on the first vested date say September 20201 at lets say 7P, Thats only 210K subject to tax which is effectively nearly double her salary of about 220K.

There are far worse examples of directors lining their own pockets and Sh**fting PI shareholders than this on the AIM

I've been a shareholder here for a fair while but have never posted before. A Pharma background and I can see the investment case for this company but it is after all a small company and a penny share on the aim with all that entails.

I really can't understand the Mariola bashing. She joined the company in the middle of the pandemic with its stated limited opportunities. It's stated that they are undertaking a review of the commercial opportunities to grow the business. How long do you think it takes in this climate - 5 minutes.

Can't see the issue with the share options.... why shouldn't the directors reward themselves.

The question of course is whether the directors can enhance shareholder value, I think they will once we see some updates in the financials but for me the company valuation is about right on what we know.

There is no getting away from the fact that the financials are not good and would in my opinion be high on the scale of a bankruptcy risk. More fund raising is close to inevitable in my opinion.

I have been a shareholder but sold out today on this news at a loss.

Not surprised to see a bit of sp drift since the highs after the fleet announcement. It will be interesting to see if there is any sentiment change as hopefully we get to normal and people get out to the shops and there may be a perceived reduction to on line transactions. Cheque book at the ready if the drift continues.

The possibility of a ipo for belluscura is interesting. They said they would look at this dependant upon fda approval which was in March. A feasibility study into ipo floatation can take up to two years , minimum 12 weeks, costs about 500k. The unknown is the timeframe if they go down this route.

Here's the most telling statement in the chairmans statement.
"Further, until the Group covers all of its operating costs from service revenue and or portfolio company exits, it will seek to raise additional capital to fund operations"
Further dilution then.

Well I respect your opinion G... but I have to disagree. There have been updates on the investments via RNS 0n 5 Feb, 8 Mar,11 Mar, 22 Mar and 1 April 2021 . I can't see how you can say there have been no communication or updates. The TeK website is very clear on strategy. The reduction in SP is a shame but an effect of dilution. They had to raise as the investments have not generated any funds as there has been no exit so far. With all due respect I think your expectations are way to high and certainly your time frame is. I agree with CM. I think the updates on TEKs investments are pretty good for the AIM.

G. Your theory is correct. The directors should work for the benefit of the shareholders. It practice it very rarely happens especially on AIM. Poor communication and lack of transparency in strategy are common place. I think there are far worse examples of communication and PR on the AIM than TEK. Fundamentally speaking demand drives a share price and good positive communication and PR will generate demand together with figures. You are right to a point. Don't forget this is a highly speculative penny share in the AIM with all it's shark infested waters. You can't compare it to ftse 100, 250.

With no disrespect to you but are you implying the company controls the SP.
The company is undervalued in relation to its NAV. There are plenty of companies in this position.
The SP reflects what the markets think it is worth currently, it's nothing to do with company.

This is the AIM with all it's unpredictability. It's nothing to do with the board.

Do you think they are all corrupt manipulating the sp to fleece the poor private investor. Of course they don't.

Understanding supply, demand, liquidity etc would benefit many. The MM's don't let a share price fly or fall, supply and demand does. The curent SP reflects what the markets think it worth. No point moaning about it.

In my opinion this board is so funny. Full of many people who are likely lose a lot of money in share dealing.

Making the classic error of thinking they soley invest in the company. You don't you invest in the stock market.People think Omega will make a fortune and SP will go up. Most should learn how companies are valued, how share prices are affected and most of all liquidity. If you don't learn all the boring and technical stuff about the stock market you'll just end up getting your pockets emptied and bottom smacked time and time again.

Excellent financials. Very happy. I never worry about SP falls on results declaration. It normally happens. Increased my holding.

The growth and profit trajectory seems a good and the interesting point is the continued increase in footprint. 10 new depots planned , eight in express and two in freight.
